Judging

JUDGING

If we are not to judge one another, then the enemy and/or the sinner can continue their wickedness.

The enemy has taught our people through deceptive quotes that teach you not to judge.

Some are as follow:

Judging a person does not define who they are. It defines who you are.

Don't judge someone just because they sin differently than you.

Before you assume, learn the facts. Before you judge, understand why. Before you hurt someone, feel. Before you speak, think.

If you judge people, you have no time to love them.

Don't judge others without walking in their shoes.

Counting other people's sins does not make you a saint, so stop judging them.

Of course, the context of this whole study is JUDGING RIGHTEOUSLY. That means, when you are practicing and living in The Way (True Christianity) and exhorting those that are NOT living according to The Way, and encouraging them TO return to The Way. When you apply scripture to rebut these quotes of man, the truth shatters the deception.

Judging a person does not define who they are. It defines who you are.

Judging righteously defines you as an obedient child of the Most High, set apart from deliberate error. And it defines who is in error.

Don't judge someone just because they sin differently than you.

So let's just allow all sin! There are no judges here, yahoo!

Before you assume, learn the facts. Before you judge, understand why. Before you hurt someone, feel. Before you speak, think.

If the facts and actions show them to be sinners, and why they are sinners, you will hurt their feelings when you call them out. So think, should you let them continue sinning? Or should you love them by showing them that they are going to hurt a lot more when Christ judges them?

If you judge people, you have no time to love them.

If you judge people when they are going against Yahweh God's word, you are loving them. If you let them continue in sin, you are agreeing with sin. This is not love, it is hate towards God and righteousness.

Don't judge others without walking in their shoes.

What if their shoes walk down a sinful path? Just let them follow the path to destruction? Really?

Counting other people's sins does not make you a saint, so stop judging them.

It's not about counting their sins. It's about bringing them back to The Way.

Judging righteously is holding our people accountable when they are practicing wickedness and seeking to restore them to righteousness by love and compassion.

JUDGING, ppr. Hearing and determining; forming an opinion; dooming.

JUDGMENT, n. The act of judging; the act or process of the mind in comparing its ideas, to find their agreement or disagreement, and to ascertain truth; or the process of examining facts and arguments, to ascertain propriety and justice; or the process of examining the relations between one proposition and another.

The “churches” teach that we should not judge one another.

Scripture teaches that we must judge one another.

This is a full examination of the OT and NT when it comes to the topic of JUDGING.

May Yahweh open your eyes to the difference between scripture and “church” doctrine.

This study will demonstrate what we are supposed to do regarding judging one another.

In addition to judging, please see 'Discern' in Word Studies menu.

There are many verses that are about Yahweh God judging us. Those verses are not the subject of examination in this study. We will be judged by Him and we will have to answer for what we have done in this mortal life.

The context of judging others is the focus.

The first verse of interest shows how those that are to be judged are offended by righteous judgment. In this case, homosexuals (Sodomites).

Genesis 19:1  And there came two angels (messengers) to Sodom at even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;

19:2  And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street (public square) all night.

Lot knows the perversion of Sodom and asks the men to stay in his house for protection.

19:3  And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.

19:4  Bu before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter:

The perverts surround Lot's house.

19:5  And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to you this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.

Know has a sexual connotation. The men of Sodom are homosexuals.

Isaiah 3:9  The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.

Do you think Yahweh delights in gay parades?!! Or those that support or tolerate them?!!

19:6  And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,

19:7  And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.

19:8  Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow (protection) of my roof.

Judges 19:22-23

22  Now as they were making their hearts merry, behold, the men of the city, certain sons of Belial, beset the house round about, and beat at the door, and spake to the master of the house, the old man, saying, Bring forth the man that came into your house, that we may know him.

23  And the man, the master of the house, went out unto them, and said unto them, Nay, my brethren, nay, I pray you, do not so wickedly; seeing that this man is come into mine house, do not this folly.  This guest was a Levite, a priest. Also threatened by homosexuals.

Apparently this was a custom, to protect your guests. It also shows that priests and divine messengers are to be protected first.

19:9  And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with you, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.

The Hebrew has: 9  And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one (Lot) came to live here, and he thinks he is a judge: now we will do worse to you than to them...

Septuagint 19:9  And they said to him, Stand back there, you camest in to sojourn, was it also to judge?...

Judge comes from H8199, a verb, meaning to judge, vindicate, contend, discriminate.

19:10  But the men (messengers) put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.

19:11  And they (messengers) smote the men (queers) that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.

Lot was a righteous Hebrew living in an unrighteous Canaanite city. Sinners always want you to join them.

Today, society and the “churches” teach to tolerate homosexuals, and to not judge them.

Exodus 18:13  And it came to pass on the morrow, that Moses sat to judge (H8199- to act as lawgiver, judge or governor to) the people: and the people stood by Moses from the morning unto the evening.

18:14  And when Moses' father in law saw all that he did to the people, he said, What is this thing that you doest to the people? why sittest you yourself alone, and all the people stand by you from morning unto even?

18:15  And Moses said unto his father in law, Because the people come unto me to enquire of God:

18:16  When they have a matter, they come unto me; and I judge (H8199) between one and another, and I do make them know the statutes of God, and His laws (torah).

18:17  And Moses' father in law said unto him, The thing that you doest is not good.

18:18  You wilt surely wear away, both you, and this people that is with you: for this thing is too heavy for you; you art not able to perform it yourself alone.

Numbers 11:14,17

14  I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.

17  And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them (70 elders); and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that you bear it not thyself alone.

18:19  Hearken now unto my voice, I will give you counsel, and God shall be with you: Be you for the people to God-ward (You must be in front of Elohiym for the people), that you mayest bring the causes unto God:

Moses, being a Levite, was a mediator for the people to Yahweh.

18:20  And you shalt teach them ordinances and laws, and shalt shew them The Way  wherein they must walk, and the work that they must do.

Moses was to delegate the smaller matters to lesser judges, to lighten his work load.

18:21  Moreover you shalt provide out of all the people able men, such as fear (revere) God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

18:22  And let them judge (H8199) the people at all seasons: and it shall be, that every great matter they shall bring unto you, but every small matter they shall judge (H8199): so shall it be easier for yourself, and they shall bear the burden with you.

18:23  If you shalt do this thing, and God command you so, then you shalt be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.

18:24  So Moses hearkened to the voice of his father in law, and did all that he had said.

18:25  And Moses chose able men out of all Israel, and made them heads over the people, rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.

18:26  And they judged (H8199) the people at all seasons: the hard causes they brought unto Moses, but every small matter they judged (H8199) themselves.

We see that Moses and chosen able men were judges over the people. Yahweh was teaching them during their time in the wilderness about The Way.

Chapter 19 is about personal conduct.

Leviticus 19:15  You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment (H4941- decision): you shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt you judge (H8199- vindicate) your neighbour.

The “churches” teach that you shouldn't judge.

Yahweh teaches us here in verse 15 that we must judge. Righteously would be according to His laws, statutes, commandments and judgments.

Vindicate means, to defend, support or maintain as true, just or valid.

19:16  You shalt not go up and down as a talebearer (deceitfully, gossip) among your people: neither shalt you stand against the blood of your neighbour: I am Yahweh.

Exodus 23:1,7

1  Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.

7  Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay you not: for I will not justify the wicked.

19:17  You shalt not hate your brother (racial brother) in your heart: you shalt in any wise rebuke your neighbour (kinsman), and not suffer sin upon him.

Septuagint 19:17  Thou shalt not hate your brother in your heart: you shalt in any wise rebuke your neighbour, so you shalt not bear sin on his account.

Correct your neighbor (racial brother) if he errs.

Matthew 18:15  Moreover if your brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, you hast gained your brother.

19:18  You shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you shalt love your neighbour as thyself: I am Yahweh.  (James 5:9)

19:35  You shall do no unrighteousness in judgment (H4941- measure), in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.

Proverbs 20:10  Divers weights, and divers measures, both of them are alike abomination to Yahweh.

19:36  Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall you have: I am Yahweh your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt.

19:37  Therefore shall you observe all My statutes, and all My judgments, and do them: I am Yahweh.

If someone is using unjust weights and measures, are you supposed to not judge? The same (judging) must be applied to actions and practices of lifestyle.

Cities of refuge were designated for the safety of one who killed a person unintentionally.

This has nothing to do with today's sanctuary cities that protect illegal aliens that intentionally murder and commit crime.

Numbers 35:15  These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger (of kin), and for the sojourner among them: that every one that killeth any person unawares may flee thither.

35:16  And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

35:17  And if he smite him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

35:18  Or if he smite him with an hand weapon of wood, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

35:19  The revenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer: when he meeteth him, he shall slay him.

 35:20  But if he thrust him of hatred, or hurl at him by laying of wait, that he die;

35:21  Or in enmity smite him with his hand, that he die: he that smote him shall surely be put to death; for he is a murderer: the revenger of blood shall slay the murderer, when he meeteth him.

35:22  But if he thrust him suddenly without enmity, or have cast upon him any thing without laying of wait,

35:23  Or with any stone, wherewith a man may die, seeing him not, and cast it upon him, that he die, and was not his enemy, neither sought his harm:

35:24  Then the congregation shall judge (H8199- decide) between the slayer and the revenger of blood according to these judgments (H4941- cases, sentences):

35:25  And the congregation shall deliver the slayer out of the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to the city of his refuge, whither he was fled: and he shall abide in it unto the death of the high priest, which was anointed with the holy oil.

Death by intention is murder. Death by accident is defendable. The congregation shall judge righteously.

Deuteronomy 1:13  Take you wise men, and understanding, and known among your tribes, and I will make them rulers (heads, chiefs) over you.

1:14  And you answered me, and said, The thing which you hast spoken is good for us to do.

1:15  So I took the chief of your tribes, wise men, and known, and made them heads over you, captains over thousands, and captains over hundreds, and captains over fifties, and captains over tens, and officers among your tribes.

1:16  And I charged your judges (H8199- to govern) at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge (H8199- govern) righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger (kinsman) that is with him.

1:17  Ye shall not respect persons in judgment (H4941- decision); but you shall hear the small as well as the great; you shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment (H4941- verdict, justice) is God's: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

Respect persons and face of man are referring to status, position or presence. You shall hear the small as well as the great.

Deuteronomy 16:18  Judges (H8199- governors) and officers shalt you make you in all your gates, which Yahweh your God giveth you, throughout your tribes: and they shall judge (H8199) the people with just judgment (H4941- justice, vindication).

16:19  You shalt not wrest (pervert) judgment (H4941- justice); you shalt not respect persons (stature), neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

16:20  That which is altogether just shalt you follow, that you mayest live, and inherit the land which Yahweh your God giveth you.

Judgment and justice are perverted today.

Chapter 17 is about the administration of justice.

Deuteronomy 17:8  If there arise a matter too hard for you in judgment (H4941- deciding a case), between blood and blood, between plea and plea, and between stroke and stroke, being matters of controversy within your gates: then shalt you arise, and get you up into the place which Yahweh your God shall choose;

17:9  And you shalt come unto the priests the Levites, and unto the judge (H8199) that shall be in those days, and enquire; and they shall shew you the sentence of judgment (H4941- justice):

17:10  And you shalt do according to the sentence, which they of that place which Yahweh shall choose shall shew thee; and you shalt observe to do according to all that they inform thee:

17:11  According to the sentence of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment (H4941- decision) which they shall tell you, you shalt do: you shalt not decline from the sentence which they shall shew you, to the right hand, nor to the left.

Referring to the Torah.

17:12  And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before Yahweh your God, or unto the judge (H8199), even that man shall die: and you shalt put away the evil from Israel.

We don't seem to follow the law anymore. We don't cast out the deliberate sinners. Why? Because the “churches” have “done away with the law” and teach tolerance and acceptance of wickedness, and that you should not judge.

Deuteronomy 25:1  If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment (H4941- to decide a case), that the judges may judge (H8199- vindicate, discriminate) them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.

Ezekiel 44:24  And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to My judgments: and they shall keep My laws and My statutes in all Mine assemblies; and they shall hallow My sabbaths.

Proverbs 17:15  He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to Yahweh.

25:2  And it shall be, if the wicked man be worthy to be beaten, that the judge (H8199) shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face (presence), according to his fault, by a certain number.

Luke 12:48  But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

25:3  Forty stripes he may give him, and not exceed: lest, if he should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then your brother should seem vile (disgraced) unto you.

Yahweh's system of judgment is flawless. We must judge according to His laws and execute the just sentence. Without law, judgment, verdict and sentence, society will be in confusion and violation of The Way. Just as it is today.

Judges 2:8  And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Yahweh, died, being an hundred and ten years old.

2:9  And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnathheres, in the mount of Ephraim, on the north side of the hill Gaash.

2:10  And also all that generation were gathered unto their fathers: and there arose another generation after them, which knew not Yahweh, nor yet the works which He had done for Israel.

When we do not walk in Yahweh's Ways we fall away, every generation knows Him less and less, until the newest generation never even heard of Him.

2:11  And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of Yahweh, and served Baalim:

Baal is where the title LORD comes from.

2:12  And they forsook Yahweh God of their fathers, which brought them out of the land of Egypt, and followed other gods, of the gods of the people that were round about them, and bowed themselves unto them, and provoked Yahweh to anger.

Deuteronomy 31:16  And Yahweh said unto Moses, Behold, you shalt sleep with your fathers; and this people will rise up, and go a whoring after the gods of the strangers of the land, whither they go to be among them, and will forsake Me, and break My covenant which I have made with them.

2:13  And they forsook Yahweh, and served Baal and Ashtaroth.

Psalm 106:36  And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them.

The name of God, Yahweh, was substituted for LORD, so now the enemy has us calling on their god. Ashtaroth is where the pagan holiday Easter comes from, so now the enemy has us celebrating the goddess of fertility in which race mixing orgies are performed. No, let's not judge. Let's just accept.

2:14  And the anger of Yahweh was hot against Israel, and He delivered them into the hands of spoilers that spoiled them, and He sold them into the hands of their enemies round about, so that they could not any longer stand before their enemies.

2:15  Whithersoever they went out, the hand of Yahweh was against them for evil, as Yahweh had said, and as Yahweh had sworn unto them: and they were greatly distressed.

2:16  Nevertheless Yahweh raised up judges (H8199), which delivered them out of the hand of those that spoiled them.

H8199, shaphat, means to judge, govern, vindicate, to act as law giver.

2:17  And yet they would not hearken unto their judges (H8199), but they went a whoring after other gods, and bowed themselves unto them: they turned quickly out of The Way which their fathers walked in, obeying the commandments of Yahweh; but they did not so.

2:18  And when Yahweh raised them up judges (H8199), then Yahweh was with the judge (H8199), and delivered them out of the hand of their enemies all the days of the judge (H8199): for it repented (grieved) Yahweh because of their groanings by reason of them that oppressed them and vexed them.

2:19  And it came to pass, when the judge (H8199) was dead, that they returned, and corrupted themselves more than their fathers, in following other gods to serve them, and to bow down unto them; they ceased not from their own doings, nor from their stubborn way.

 2:20  And the anger of Yahweh was hot against Israel; and He said, Because that this people hath transgressed My covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto My voice;

2:21  I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died:

2:22  That through them (the other races) I may prove Israel, whether they will keep The Way of Yahweh to walk therein, as their fathers did keep it, or not.

But we don't. Without righteous judges and righteous judgment, unrighteousness creeps in.

History repeats itself. Righteous judging, righteous society, peace.

Lack of righteous judging, unrighteous society, curses and punishment.

The book of Judges will clearly demonstrate.

Judges 3:7  And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of Yahweh, and forgat Yahweh their God, and served Baalim (Lord) and the groves.

3:8  Therefore the anger of Yahweh was hot against Israel, and He sold them into the hand of Chushanrishathaim king of Mesopotamia: and the children of Israel served Chushanrishathaim eight years.

3:9  And when the children of Israel cried unto Yahweh, Yahweh raised up a deliverer to the children of Israel, who delivered them, even Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother.

3:10  And the Spirit of Yahweh came upon him, and he judged (H8199) Israel, and went out to war: and Yahweh delivered Chushanrishathaim king of Mesopotamia into his hand; and his hand prevailed against Chushanrishathaim.

3:11  And the land had rest forty years. And Othniel the son of Kenaz died.

3:12  And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of Yahweh: and Yahweh strengthened Eglon the king of Moab against Israel, because they had done evil in the sight of Yahweh.

3:13  And he gathered unto him the children of Ammon and Amalek, and went and smote Israel, and possessed the city of palm trees.

3:14  So the children of Israel served Eglon the king of Moab eighteen years.

3:15  But when the children of Israel cried unto Yahweh, Yahweh raised them up a deliverer, Ehud the son of Gera, a Benjamite, a man lefthanded: and by him the children of Israel sent a present unto Eglon the king of Moab.

3:21  And Ehud put forth his left hand, and took the dagger from his right thigh, and thrust it into his belly:

3:22  And the haft also went in after the blade; and the fat closed upon the blade, so that he could not draw the dagger out of his belly; and the dirt came out.

3:30  So Moab was subdued that day under the hand of Israel. And the land had rest fourscore years.

3:31  And after him was Shamgar the son of Anath, which slew of the Philistines six hundred men with an ox goad: and he also delivered Israel.

Judges 4:1  And the children of Israel again did evil in the sight of Yahweh, when Ehud was dead.

4:2  And Yahweh sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, that reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose host was Sisera, which dwelt in Harosheth of the nations.

4:3  And the children of Israel cried unto Yahweh: for he (Jabin) had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel.

4:4  And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged (H8199) Israel at that time.

4:5  And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment (H4941- justice, vindication).

And the land had rest forty years.

And again the children of Israel did evil in the sight of Yahweh, and He sent them into punishment. Then He sent them Gideon.

8:33  And it came to pass, as soon as Gideon was dead, that the children of Israel turned again, and went a whoring after Baalim (Lord), and made Baalberith their god.

Judges 10:1  And after Abimelech there arose to defend Israel Tola the son of Puah, the son of Dodo, a man of Issachar; and he dwelt in Shamir in mount Ephraim.

10:2  And he judged (H8199) Israel twenty and three years, and died, and was buried in Shamir.

10:3  And after him arose Jair, a Gileadite, and judged (H8199) Israel twenty and two years.

Judges 12:7  And Jephthah judged (H8199) Israel six years. Then died Jephthah the Gileadite, and was buried in one of the cities of Gilead.

12:8  And after him Ibzan of Bethlehem judged (H8199) Israel.

12:9  And he had thirty sons, and thirty daughters, whom he sent abroad, and took in thirty daughters from abroad for his sons. And he judged (H8199) Israel seven years.

12:10  Then died Ibzan, and was buried at Bethlehem.

12:11  And after him Elon, a Zebulonite, judged (H8199) Israel; and he judged (H8199) Israel ten years.

12:12  And Elon the Zebulonite died, and was buried in Aijalon in the country of Zebulun.

12:13  And after him Abdon the son of Hillel, a Pirathonite, judged (H8199) Israel.

12:14  And he had forty sons and thirty nephews, that rode on threescore and ten ass colts: and he judged (H8199) Israel eight years.

Judges 13:1  And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of Yahweh; and Yahweh delivered them into the hand of the Philistines forty years.

13:2  And there was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites, whose name was Manoah; and his wife was barren, and bare not.

13:3  And the angel of Yahweh appeared unto the woman, and said unto her, Behold now, you art barren, and bearest not: but you shalt conceive, and bear a son.

13:4  Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing:

13:5  For, lo, you shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.

15:20  And he (Samson) judged (H8199) Israel in the days of the Philistines twenty years.

Judges 16:31  Then his brethren and all the house of his father came down, and took him, and brought him up, and buried him between Zorah and Eshtaol in the buryingplace of Manoah his father. And he judged (H8199) Israel twenty years.

The rest of Judges show that when we tolerate evil in our society we are punished for it. The Benjamites were almost completely wiped out because they became a pagan homosexual bunch with no regard for their brethren.

1Samuel 2:22  Now Eli was very old, and heard all that his sons did unto all Israel; and how they lay with the women that assembled at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation (tent of meeting).

2:23  And he said unto them, Why do ye such things? for I hear of your evil dealings by all this people.

2:24  Nay, my sons; for it is no good report that I hear: ye make Yahweh's people to transgress.

2:25  If one man sin against another, the judge (H430- rulers, judges) shall judge (H6419- intervene, mediate) him: but if a man sin against Yahweh, who shall intreat for him? Notwithstanding they hearkened not unto the voice of their father, because Yahweh would slay them.

Eli tolerated his sons evil dealings. He did the “church” thing and looked the other way.

Yahweh sent him a message... (verses 27-)

2:29  Wherefore kick ye at My sacrifice and at Mine offering, which I have commanded in My habitation; and honourest your sons above Me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of all the offerings of Israel My people?

Eli is being chastised for allowing his sons to go astray.

2:34  And this shall be a sign unto thee, that shall come upon your two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them.

3:11  And Yahweh said to Samuel, Behold, I will do a thing in Israel, at which both the ears of every one that heareth it shall tingle.

3:12  In that day I will perform against Eli all things which I have spoken concerning his house: when I begin, I will also make an end.

3:13  For I have told him that I will judge (H8199) his house for ever for the iniquity which he knoweth; because his sons made themselves vile, and he restrained them not.

4:17  And the messenger answered and said, Israel is fled before the Philistines, and there hath been also a great slaughter among the people, and your two sons also, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead, and the ark of God is taken.

4:18  And it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he (Eli) fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck brake, and he died: for he was an old man, and heavy. And he had judged (H8199) Israel forty years.

7:3  And Samuel spake unto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye do return unto Yahweh with all your hearts, then put away the strange gods and Ashtaroth from among you, and prepare your hearts unto Yahweh, and serve Him only: and He will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.

7:4  Then the children of Israel did put away Baalim and Ashtaroth, and served Yahweh only.

When will we stop calling our God by the title of Baal (Lord), and stop celebrating pagan Easter?

7:13  So the Philistines were subdued, and they came no more into the coast of Israel: and the hand of Yahweh was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.

7:14  And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites.

7:15  And Samuel judged (H8199) Israel all the days of his life.

1Kings 3:7  And now, O Yahweh my God, Thou hast made Thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in.

Numbers 27:17  Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of Yahweh be not as sheep which have no shepherd.

3:8  And Thy servant is in the midst of Thy people which Thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude.

3:9  Give therefore Thy servant an understanding heart to judge (H8199) Thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge (H8199) this Thy so great a people?

3:10  And the speech pleased Yahweh, that Solomon had asked this thing.   (2Chr 1:11)

Jehoshaphat was king of Judah while Ahab was king of Israel. Ahab consulted prophets that were not of Yahweh.

2Chronicles 18:6  But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of Yahweh besides, that we might enquire of him?

18:7  And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, by whom we may enquire of Yahweh: but I hate him; for he never prophesied good unto me, but always evil: the same is Micaiah the son of Imla. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.

18:12  And the messenger that went to call Micaiah spake to him, saying, Behold, the words of the prophets declare good to the king with one assent; let your word therefore, I pray thee, be like one of theirs, and speak you good.

18:13  And Micaiah said, As Yahweh liveth, even what my God saith, that will I speak.

Ahab did not listen and died from battle wounds.

2Chronicles 19:2  And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him, and said to king Jehoshaphat, Shouldest you help the ungodly, and love them that hate Yahweh? therefore is wrath upon thee from before Yahweh.

Referring to helping Ahab.

19:3  Nevertheless there are good things found in thee, in that you hast taken away the groves (pagan worship sites) out of the land, and hast prepared your heart to seek God.

19:4  And Jehoshaphat dwelt at Jerusalem: and he went out again through the people from Beersheba to mount Ephraim, and brought them back unto Yahweh God of their fathers.

19:5  And he set judges (H8199) in the land throughout all the fenced cities of Judah, city by city,

19:6  And said to the judges (H8199), Take heed what ye do: for ye judge (H8199) not for man, but for Yahweh, Who is with you in the judgment (H4941- verdict).

19:7  Wherefore now let the fear of Yahweh be upon you; take heed and do it: for there is no iniquity (injustice) with Yahweh our God, nor respect of persons (stature), nor taking of gifts (bribes).

19:8  Moreover in Jerusalem did Jehoshaphat set of the Levites, and of the priests, and of the chief of the fathers of Israel, for the judgment (H4941- verdict) of Yahweh, and for controversies, when they returned to Jerusalem.

19:9  And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of Yahweh, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.

19:10  And what cause soever shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, ye shall even warn them that they trespass not against Yahweh, and so wrath come upon you, and upon your brethren: this do, and ye shall not trespass.

How do you warn them that trespass against Yahweh without judging them?

We must judge (warn) our trespassing brethren.

After the Medes and Persians defeated the Babylonians, king Artaxerxes allowed Ezra and the remnant of Judah to return to rebuild Jerusalem.

Ezra 7:9  For upon the first day of the first month began he to go up from Babylon, and on the first day of the fifth month came he to Jerusalem, according to the good hand of his God upon him.

7:10  For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of Yahweh, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.

7:11  Now this is the copy of the letter that the king Artaxerxes gave unto Ezra the priest, the scribe, even a scribe of the words of the commandments of Yahweh, and of His statutes to Israel.

Ezra 7:21  And I, even I Artaxerxes the king, do make a decree to all the treasurers which are beyond the river, that whatsoever Ezra the priest, the scribe of the law of the God of heaven, shall require of you, it be done speedily,

7:22  Unto an hundred talents of silver, and to an hundred measures of wheat, and to an hundred baths of wine, and to an hundred baths of oil, and salt without prescribing how much.

7:23  Whatsoever is commanded by the God of heaven, let it be diligently done for the house of the God of heaven: for why should there be wrath against the realm of the king and his sons?

7:24  Also we certify you, that touching any of the priests and Levites, singers, porters, Nethinims, or ministers of this house of God, it shall not be lawful to impose toll, tribute, or custom, upon them.

7:25  And you, Ezra, after the wisdom of your God, that is in your hand, set magistrates and judges (H1782- a judge, advocate), which may judge (H1778- to judge) all the people that are beyond the river, all such as know the laws of your God; and teach ye them that know them not.

7:26  And whosoever will not do the law of your God, and the law of the king, let judgment (H1780- justice) be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.  End of letter.

The difference of word numbering is because of the language of the time and area. Chaldee or (Aramaic). The book of Daniel also uses Chaldee. Time of the Babylonians.

Psalm 58:1  To the chief Musician, Altaschith (Please do not destroy), Michtam (Poem) of David. Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge (H8199) uprightly, O ye sons of men (Adam)?

Congregation in verse 1 comes from H482, meaning in silence, silent. To be bound, dumb, tongue tied.

The doctrine of the “churches” has surely put to silence righteousness and righteous judging.

Psalm 75:2  When I shall receive (conduct) the congregation I will judge (H8199) uprightly (justly).

Congregation here in verse 2 is from H4150, meaning appointed meeting.

Psalm 106:3  Blessed are they that keep judgment ( H4941- observe justice), and he that doeth righteousness at all times.

The “churches” teach to tolerate those that do not keep judgment or observe justice. Don't rock the boat and judge them.

Let's see what happens to Phinehas when he judges.

106:28  They joined themselves also unto Baalpeor, and ate the sacrifices of the dead.

106:29  Thus they provoked Him to anger with their inventions (deeds): and the plague brake in upon them.

106:30  Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment (H6419- to judge, intervene): and so the plague was stayed.

106:31  And that was counted unto him for righteousness unto all generations for evermore.   (Num 25:1-18)

So when Phinehas judged, intervened and executed judgment upon the man that was race mixing in the act, he was counted righteous. So why do the “churches” tolerate, support and promote the very things Yahweh demands we judge and cast out?!!!

Psalm 109:7  When he (the wicked) shall be judged (H8199), let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin (an offense).

109:8  Let his days be few; and let another take his office.

109:9  Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.

109:10  Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.

This entire Psalm is one major curse on David's enemies.

The “churches” teach that you should love your enemies and that you should love the sinner and hate the sin. These are NOT scriptural teachings.

We are to love the enemies of our own race, but cast them out if they do not repent and conform to Yahweh's Ways. This is done by judging.

David clearly hates and curses his enemies of the cursed seed. Yahweh declares He will destroy and erase them in Obadiah and throughout the scriptures.

The descendants of Cain are vagabonds. The Jews are descendants of Cain and of Esau.

Psalm 119:66  Teach me good judgment (H2940- discernment) and knowledge: for I have believed Your commandments.

You have to know and understand Yahweh's laws and The Way to judge righteously.

Chapters 8 and 9 are the wisdom of goodness.

Proverbs 8:20  I (wisdom) lead in The Way of righteousness, in the midst of the paths of judgment (H4941- justice):

8:21  That I (wisdom) may cause those that love me (wisdom) to inherit substance; and I (wisdom) will fill their treasures.

Wisdom is following The Way. Wisdom is judging righteously. Wisdom is loving Yahweh.

Proverbs 21:2  Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but Yahweh pondereth the hearts.

21:3  To do justice (rightness) and judgment (H4941- justice) is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice.

We all do what is right in our own eyes. If it is not in alignment with what is right to Yahweh, it is our job to correct our brethren when they are not doing what is right. As verse 3 states, to do right and judge is acceptable to Yahweh, when it is done righteously.

Proverbs 24:25  But to them that rebuke him (the wicked) shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.

Yahweh blesses those that judge and rebuke the wicked. It is our job to keep the household in order.

Rebuke is from H8433, correction, reproof, punishment, chastisement.

Proverbs 27:5  Open rebuke is better than secret love.

Proverbs 27:17  Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend (brother).

Righteousness sharpeneth righteousness. This is done by judging. If your brethren is not righteous how else do you sharpen him?

Warning kings and princes to beware strong drink.

Proverbs 31:5  Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment (H1779- sentence) of any of the afflicted.

31:9  Open your mouth, judge (H8199) righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

Open your mouth and judge righteously!

Just where do the “churches” get their doctrine? From the children of the devil! If you don't open your mouth and judge righteously, wickedness runs wild, as it does today. Thanks “churches”, you follow the instructions of the enemy well!

Ecclesiastes 8:5  Whoso keepeth the commandment shall feel no evil thing: and a wise man's heart discerneth both time and judgment (H4941- justice, what is right).

8:6  Because to every purpose there is time and judgment (H4941- justice, what is right), therefore the misery of man is great upon him.

The Septuagint reads: “...time of judgment...”. And “...the knowledge of a man is great to him.”

There is a time and place for judging. That is when we see those not keeping the commandments.

Isaiah 1:16  Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before Mine eyes; cease to do evil;

Jeremiah 4:14  O Jerusalem, wash your heart from wickedness, that you mayest be saved (preserved). How long shall your vain thoughts lodge within thee?

1:17  Learn to do well; seek judgment (H4941- justice, vindication), relieve the oppressed, judge (H8199- vindicate) the fatherless, plead for the widow.

1:18  Come now, and let us reason (judge) together, saith Yahweh: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

This is all the gospel message centuries before the gospel.

1:19  If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:

1:20  But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of Yahweh hath spoken it.

The “churches” teach that the law was “done away with”, and “don't judge”.

We just witnessed Yahweh saying to learn to do well (follow His laws) and to seek judgment (justice) and to judge.  Are you going to continue sitting in your own pew?

Judgment against Judah

Isaiah is playing the role of the wife and Yahweh is the husbandman.

Very much like the parable of the vineyard that Christ gave. (Matt 21, Mark12, Luke 20)

Isaiah 5:1  Now will I sing to my wellbeloved a song of my beloved touching his vineyard. My wellbeloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill:

5:2  And he fenced it, and gathered out the stones thereof, and planted it with the choicest vine, and built a tower in the midst of it, and also made a winepress therein: and he looked that it should bring forth grapes, and it brought forth wild grapes.

The choicest vine would be the children of Jacob. That's us.

The wild grapes didn't do what they were supposed to.

5:3  And now, O inhabitants of Jerusalem, and men of Judah, judge (H8199), I pray you, betwixt Me and My vineyard.

5:4  What could have been done more to My vineyard, that I have not done in it? wherefore, when I looked that it should bring forth grapes, brought it forth wild grapes?

Yahweh gives them everything they wanted and they still rebelled against Him. We today do the same.

5:5  And now go to (listen); I will tell you what I will do to My vineyard: I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be eaten up; and break down the wall thereof, and it shall be trodden down:

5:6  And I will lay it waste: it shall not be pruned, nor digged; but there shall come up briers and thorns: I will also command the clouds that they rain no rain upon it.

5:7  For the vineyard of Yahweh of hosts is the house of Israel, and the men of Judah His pleasant plant: and He looked for judgment (H4941- justice), but behold oppression; for righteousness, but behold a cry.

Jeremiah 2:21  Yet I had planted thee a noble vine, wholly a right seed: how then art you turned into the degenerate plant of a strange vine unto Me?

Because His noble vine (Israelites) allowed the briers and thorns to choke out righteousness.

How was this allowed? The lack of righteous judging. As we fail to judge our brethren when they do not walk in The Way, the effects carry into society and the nation (race) lacks righteousness as well.

Isaiah 5:16  But Yahweh of hosts shall be exalted in judgment (H4941- justice, vindication), and God that is holy shall be sanctified (set apart) in righteousness.

Verse 16 happens on two levels. Yahweh is justice, just, vindicated and set apart because He is righteous. And, Yahweh is exalted when we judge righteously because He is honored when we execute His judgments and defend, support and maintain His truth. This sets us apart (sanctifies us) in righteousness. Oh yes, we must judge righteously.

5:17  Then shall the lambs feed after their manner, and the waste places of the fat ones shall strangers (sojourners) eat.

5:18  Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:

Septuagint: 18  Woe to them that draw sins to them as with a long rope, and iniquities as with a thong of the heifer's yoke:

5:19  That say, Let Him make speed, and hasten His work, that we may see it: and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!

5:20  Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

And the “churches” would say, “don't judge”.

We must rein in our sins and those that sin with righteous judgment and execute justice.

Tolerating evil is just as wrong as doing evil. Oh yes, we must judge.

Isaiah 28:5  In that day shall Yahweh of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a diadem of beauty, unto the residue (remnant) of His people,

28:6  And for a spirit of judgment (H4941- justice, vindication) to him that sitteth in judgment (H4941- seat of judgment), and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.

When we righteously judge and uphold The Way, Yahweh will be our support and defense 'in that day' (judgment day). And gives strength to us to turn back the evil from our gates! This is done by judging. Today evil has made it's home within our gates! Why? Because the “churches” have taught you not to judge!

28:7  But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of The Way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of  The Way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment (H6417- reasoning).

Every denomination claims theirs is the truth, the one.

Proverbs 20:1  Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.

28:8  For all tables are full of vomit and filthiness, so that there is no place clean.

All the denominations are gone out of The Way. The Way (Christianity) is the history and heritage of our race (the white race). The denominations are man's versions of their religions. Christianity is not a religion, it is the history and heritage of our Way.  (See 'The Way' in Word Studies menu)

28:9  Whom shall He teach knowledge? and whom shall He make to understand doctrine (the report, news, tidings)? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts.

Jeremiah 6:10  To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? behold, their ear is uncircumcised, and they cannot hearken: behold, the word of Yahweh is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.

If we don't stand and righteously judge our brethren when they err, who else will Yahweh use? Upholding Yahweh's will is our duty. We are literal children of the Most High.

It must be noted that we are called gods in scripture. The word for God in Hebrew is Elohiym (H430). It means rulers, judges, divine ones. It is also the same word used for God. Depending on context it is used in the plural or singular. God's name is Yahweh (I AM).

Isaiah 56:1  Thus saith Yahweh, Keep ye judgment (H4941- justice), and do justice (H6666- righteousness): for My salvation is near to come, and My righteousness to be revealed.

56:2  Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

Righteousness and justice, judgment and vindication. All part of judging.

We must personally follow The Way, keep the sabbath, and keep from doing evil.

We must also stand for and support our kinsman to do the same, and when they don't...WE ARE TO JUDGE THEM!

Sin and false doctrine separate us from Yahweh, because we don't judge those that practice it.

Isaiah 59:1  Behold, Yahweh's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither His ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

59:2  But your iniquities (lack of judging) have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid His face from you, that He will not hear.

59:3  For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

59:4  None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

The “churches” today are full of iniquity. They turn a blind eye to injustices, they cram their Judeo (Jewish) doctrine down your throat, they accept mixed race couples, homosexuals, they are the insincere fasters of chapter 58. They call Yahweh Baal (Lord), they worship a Jewish Jesus.

59:5  They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.

59:6  Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands.

59:7  Their feet run to evil (instead of judging against it), and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.

Romans 3:10-18 has many statements that are exactly like these.

59:8  The way of peace they know not (because there is no peace between good and evil); and there is no judgment (H4941- justice) in their goings (ways): they have made them (their ways) crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.

Our people have departed from Yahweh, they've turned to Humanism, Liberalism, Judaism, etc.

59:9  Therefore is judgment (H4941- vindication)  far from us, neither doth justice (righteousness) overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.

Septuagint: 9  Therefore has judgment departed from them, and righteousness shall not overtake them: while they waited for light, darkness came upon them; while they waited for brightness, they walked in perplexity.

Jeremiah 8:15  We looked for peace, but no good came; and for a time of health, and behold trouble!

Nobody is “saved” yet. There is no 'rapture'. 'Grace' isn't a free ride without eligibility. Jesus isn't a Jew. We are in the time of Jacob's trouble. And we must judge and we will be judged.

59:10  We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men.

Deuteronomy 28:29  And you shalt grope at noonday, as the blind gropeth in darkness, and you shalt not prosper in your ways: and you shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.

59:11  We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment (H4941- vindication), but there is none; for salvation (deliverance), but it is far off from us.

 59:12  For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;

59:13  In transgressing and lying against Yahweh, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.

Don't judge, don't judge. Now the “churches” teach that those that judge righteously are the oppressors. They lie and teach that the Bible teaches not to judge. Verse 14 is the result of not judging.

59:14  And judgment (H4941- justice) is turned away backward, and justice (righteousness) standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.

We won't find truth in the papers, radio or TV, or the “churches”. The truth is found with those that proclaim it, teach it, uphold it, and judge by it.

59:15  Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and Yahweh saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment (H4941- justice).

Septuagint: 15  And truth has been taken away, and they have turned aside their mind from understanding. And Yahweh saw it, and it pleased Him not that there was no judgment.

When you fail to uphold truth, and avoid the evil by tolerating it or ignoring it, you make yourself a prey. You will get no vindication from Yahweh.

Matthew 10:32  Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess also before My Father which is in heaven.

10:33  But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father which is in heaven.

10:34  Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

This is not saying, “hey, I know Jesus”. This is acknowledging what Yahshua Christ stood for, represented, practiced and followed, and imitating exactly that. Christ most certainly judged those that were not following The Way. He came not for the righteous, rather He came for the unrighteous, that they may return to The Way. This is our job as well. To turn our estranged kinsman back to Him.

Isaiah 61:8  For I Yahweh love judgment (H4941- justice), I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.

Psalm 11:7  For Yahweh is righteous, and loves righteousness; His face beholds uprightness.

The Septuagint has 61:8 as: “...and hate robberies of injustice;...”.

What is a robbery of injustice? Not judging. He wants His people obeying, not allowing disobedience.

Jeremiah 4:1  If you wilt return, O Israel, saith Yahweh, return unto Me: and if you wilt put away your abominations out of My sight, then shalt you not remove (wander).

4:2  And you shalt swear, Yahweh liveth, in truth, in judgment (H4941- justice), and in righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in Him, and in Him shall they glory.

4:3  For thus saith Yahweh to the men of Judah and Jerusalem, Break up your fallow ground, and sow not among thorns.

Fallow ground is untilled ground. Untilled ground does not bear fruit, only weeds and thorns. Untilled ground would represent unjudged sinners. The thorns are the children of the devil. The devil's children love fallow ground, it's where they dwell. Break up the unrighteous ground and sow the truth in it.

Jeremiah 5:1  Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment (H4941- justice), that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it.

Ezekiel 22:30  And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

They were all told by the “churches” to not judge.

5:2  And though they say, Yahweh liveth; surely they swear falsely.

Titus 1:16  They profess that they know God; but in works they deny Him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

Because you can't love God by not following His commandments and judgments.

5:3  O Yahweh, are not your eyes upon the truth? You hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; You hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return.

Who do you think does the correcting? The prophets, the shepherds, the chiefs, elders and rulers, His apostles and disciples, and everyone else of our race that knows and follows The Way. It is our job to judge righteously. To keep our race following The Way and not the other ways.

5:4  Therefore I said, Surely these are poor (in spirit); they are foolish: for they know not The Way of Yahweh, nor the judgment (H4941- sentence, justice, rectitude) of their God.

5:5  I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known The Way of Yahweh, and the judgment (H4941- vindication) of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds.

5:6  Wherefore a lion out of the forest shall slay them, and a wolf of the evenings shall spoil them, a leopard shall watch over their cities: every one that goeth out thence shall be torn in pieces: because their transgressions are many, and their backslidings are increased.

5:7  How shall I pardon thee for this? your children have forsaken Me, and sworn by them that are no gods: when I had fed them to the full, they then committed adultery, and assembled themselves by troops in the harlots' houses.

Yahweh was sending the Babylonians to punish them for their idolatry and race mixing. Because they failed to judge the unrighteous of their society. They would not listen to the prophets who warned them (judged them).

The same thing is happening today. Our society is a race mixed, multi-cultural, multi-god, pagan unrighteous society. We are taught not to judge and to be tolerant of the wickedness.

Punishment is again coming, for the last time.

5:26  For among My people are found wicked men: they lay wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men.

5:27  As a cage is full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great, and waxen rich.

Many pastors are quite wealthy, teaching for commandments the doctrines of men.

5:28  They are waxen fat, they shine: yea, they overpass the deeds of the wicked: they judge (H1777- plead) not the cause, the cause of the fatherless, yet they prosper; and the right of the needy do they not judge (H8199).

5:29  Shall I not visit for these things? saith Yahweh: shall not My soul be avenged on such a nation as this?

 5:30  A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land;

5:31  The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and My people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?

Judging righteously is like jury duty. The law is to be upheld. The innocent to be heard, the needy to be supported. The guilty to be sentenced.

The “churches” teach falsely, and My people love to have it so. It's easier not to judge and stand for what is right.

Yahweh will be avenged on those that do not righteously judge.

Jeremiah 7:1  The word that came to Jeremiah from Yahweh, saying,

7:2  Stand in the gate of Yahweh's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of Yahweh, all ye of Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship Yahweh.

7:3  Thus saith Yahweh of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.

7:4  Trust ye not in lying words, saying, The temple of Yahweh, The temple of Yahweh, The temple of Yahweh, are these.

Jesus is a Jew, all you have to do is “just believe”, don't judge.

 7:5  For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment (H4941- justice) between a man and his neighbour;

7:6  If ye oppress not the stranger (sojourning kinsman), the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt:

7:7  Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.

You can't execute judgment (justice) without judging. Yahweh tells us that He wants us to throughly amend and execute justice.

Throughly amend comes from H3190, meaning to be good, well, pleasing, to make a thing good or right.

Throughly execute comes from H6213, meaning to do, accomplish, make, put in order, bring about.

If the “churches” teach that we are not supposed to judge, why is Yahweh telling us to judge?

Jeremiah 22:1  Thus saith Yahweh; Go down to the house of the king of Judah, and speak there this word,

22:2  And say, Hear the word of Yahweh, O king of Judah, that sittest upon the throne of David, you, and your servants, and your people that enter in by these gates:

22:3  Thus saith Yahweh; Execute ye judgment (H4941- justice) and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor: and do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger (of kin), the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in this place.

22:4  For if ye do this thing indeed, then shall there enter in by the gates of this house kings sitting upon the throne of David, riding in chariots and on horses, he, and his servants, and his people.

22:5  But if ye will not hear these words, I swear by Myself, saith Yahweh, that this house shall become a desolation.

Yahweh was speaking to the king, the servants, and the people. Everyone must judge righteously.

Jeremiah 22:13  Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour's service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;

22:14  That saith, I will build me a wide house and large chambers, and cutteth him out windows; and it is cieled with cedar, and painted with vermilion.

22:15  Shalt you reign, because you closest thyself in cedar? did not your father eat and drink, and do judgment (H4941- justice) and justice (righteousness), and then it was well with him?

The Septuagint reads: 15  Shalt you reign, because you art provoked with your father Achaz? they shall not eat, and they shall not drink: it is better for thee to execute judgment and justice.

22:16  He judged the cause of the poor and needy; then it was well with him: was not this to know Me? saith Yahweh.

Judging righteously and executing judgment and justice shows our understanding and knowing Yahweh better, which brings us closer to Him.

Jeremiah 23:5  Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment (H4941- justice) and justice (H6666- righteousness) in the earth.

Obviously this one refers to Yahshua Christ. Christ is our example, He demonstrated the model we are to imitate. The apostles continued it, as so are we. We are to judge righteously. If everyone was practicing righteousness, there would be no need to judge.

Ezekiel 3:16  And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying,

3:17  Son of man, I have made you a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at My mouth, and give them warning from Me.

3:18  When I say unto the wicked, You shalt surely die; and you givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at your hand.

The wicked are the wicked and unrighteous Israelites. Yahweh is telling Ezekiel (and us) to warn the wicked of his race to turn from their wicked ways.

3:19  Yet if you warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness , nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you hast delivered your soul.

3:20  Again, When a righteous (lawful) man doth turn from his righteousness (the law, what is right), and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock (bring punishment) before him, he shall die: because you hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness (righteous acts) which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at your hand.

3:21  Nevertheless if you warn the righteous (lawful) man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also you hast delivered your soul.

Not only do these verses show that the “church” doctrine of 'once saved, always saved' is not scriptural, these verses also show that our righteous acts will not count if we turn from what is right (the law, the truth, The Way). Righteousness is an ongoing thing, salvation (which is preservation) is an ongoing thing. Sin is an ongoing thing. Therefore, judging must be an ongoing thing.

Chapter 16 is about judgment upon Israel for idolatry, whoredom and race mixing.

The latter verses are a parable of three sisters. Jerusalem is the subject (the people of course), the house of Israel is Samaria and the house of Judah is described as Sodom.

Ezekiel 16:45  Thou art your mother's daughter, that lotheth her husband and her children; and you art the sister of your sisters, which lothed their husbands and their children: your mother was an Hittite, and your father an Amorite.

Describing race mixing. The Hittites and Amorites were hybrid Canaanite tribes.

16:46  And your elder sister is Samaria, she and her daughters that dwell at your left hand: and your younger sister, that dwelleth at your right hand, is Sodom and her daughters.

Samaria is the capitol of the northern house of Israel.

Jerusalem is the capitol of the southern house of Judah. Described as Sodom, for their abominations.

16:47  Yet hast you (Jerusalem) not walked after their (Judah's) ways, nor done after their abominations: but, as if that were a very little thing, you wast corrupted more than they in all your ways.

16:48  As I live, saith Yahweh GOD, Sodom (Judah) your sister hath not done, she nor her daughters (46 fenced cities), as you hast done, you (Jerusalem) and your daughters.

16:49  Behold, this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom (Judah), pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

16:50  And they were haughty, and committed abomination before Me: therefore I took them away as I saw good.

Septuagint: 50  And they boasted, and wrought iniquities before Me: so I cut them off as I saw fit.

16:51  Neither hath Samaria (Israel) committed half of your sins; but you (Jerusalem) hast multiplied your abominations more than they, and hast justified your sisters in all your abominations which you hast done.

The sins of Jerusalem made the house of Israel's sins look minor. Jerusalem was the throne of Israel. They set the example because they continued the law and the priesthood, only to be infiltrated and corrupted by Canaanites and Edomites (Jews).

16:52  Thou also (Jerusalem), which hast judged (H6419) your sisters, bear your own shame for your sins that you hast committed more abominable than they (Israel and Judah): they are more righteous than you: yea, be you confounded also, and bear your shame, in that you hast justified your sisters.

This is an example of unrighteous judging. Jerusalem was more abominable than Israel and Judah. By unrighteously judging her sisters, her sisters were justified (shown less abominable).

16:53  When I shall bring again their captivity, the captivity of Sodom (Judah) and her daughters (cities of Judah), and the captivity of Samaria (Israel) and her daughters (cities of the northern house of Israel), then will I bring again the captivity of your captives in the midst of them:

Septuagint ends as: “and I will turn your captivity in the midst of them:”

16:54  That you mayest bear your own shame, and mayest be confounded in all that you hast done, in that you art a comfort unto them.

16:55  When your sisters, Sodom (Judah) and her daughters, shall return to their former estate, and Samaria (Israel) and her daughters shall return to their former estate (as at the beginning), then you (Jerusalem) and your daughters shall return to your former estate (as at the beginning).

16:56  For your sister Sodom (Judah) was not mentioned by your mouth in the day of your pride,

16:57  Before your wickedness was discovered, as at the time of your reproach of the daughters of Syria, and all that are round about her, the daughters of the Philistines, which despise you round about.

16:58  Thou hast borne your lewdness and your abominations, saith Yahweh.

The Assyrians took the house of Israel captive starting in 745 BC, and also took many fenced cities of Judah. They did not take Jerusalem. Later on in 586 BC, the Babylonians took the rest of Judah and Jerusalem.

Ezekiel 18:5  But if a man be just, and do that which is lawful and right, (which includes righteous judging)

18:6  And hath not eaten upon the mountains, neither hath lifted up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, neither hath defiled his neighbour's wife, neither hath come near to a menstruous woman,

 18:7  And hath not oppressed any, but hath restored to the debtor his pledge, hath spoiled none by violence, hath given his bread to the hungry, and hath covered the naked with a garment;

18:8  He that hath not given forth upon usury, neither hath taken any increase, that hath withdrawn his hand from iniquity, hath executed true judgment (H4941- justice) between man and man,

18:9  Hath walked in My statutes, and hath kept My judgments, to deal truly; he is just, he shall surely live, saith Yahweh GOD.

The Septuagint has: “...execute righteous judgment...”.

Ezekiel 20:3  Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith Yahweh GOD; Are ye come to enquire of Me? As I live, saith Yahweh GOD, I will not be enquired of by you.

Yahweh does not enquire of sinners. They have no standing in prayer. We must first acknowledge AND repent. Then He will listen.

20:4  Wilt you judge (H8199) them, son of man, wilt you judge (H8199) them? cause them to know the abominations of their fathers:

The Septuagint reads: 4  Shall I utterly take vengeance on them, son of man? testify to them of the iniquities of their fathers:

 20:5  And say unto them, Thus saith Yahweh GOD; In the day when I chose Israel, and lifted up Mine hand unto the seed of the house of Jacob, and made Myself known unto them in the land of Egypt, when I lifted up Mine hand unto them, saying, I am Yahweh your God;

20:6  In the day that I lifted up Mine hand unto them, to bring them forth of the land of Egypt into a land that I had espied for them, flowing with milk and honey, which is the glory of all lands:

20:7  Then said I unto them, Cast ye away every man the abominations of his eyes, and defile not yourselves with the idols of Egypt: I am Yahweh your God.

20:8  But they rebelled against Me, and would not hearken unto Me: they did not every man cast away the abominations of their eyes, neither did they forsake the idols of Egypt: then I said, I will pour out My fury upon them, to accomplish My anger against them in the midst of the land of Egypt.

Yahweh wants us to judge those that forget The Way. Cause them to know their abominations.

Ezekiel 22:2  Now, you son of man, wilt you judge (H8199), wilt you judge (H8199) the bloody city? yea, you shalt shew her all her abominations.

You know Yahweh is serious about judging when He repeats Himself!

Chapter 23 is another allegory describing the houses of Israel and Judah.

Aholah is Samaria, the house of Israel. Aholibah is Judah (Jerusalem), the house of Judah.

Two adulteress sisters. Cheating on Yahweh with other gods and peoples.

Ezekiel 23:8  Neither left she her whoredoms brought from Egypt: for in her youth they lay with her, and they bruised the breasts of her virginity, and poured their whoredom upon her.

23:9  Wherefore I have delivered her into the hand of her lovers, into the hand of the Assyrians, upon whom she doted.

23:10  These discovered her nakedness: they took her sons and her daughters, and slew her with the sword: and she became famous among women (as a whore); for they had executed judgment (H8196- punishment) upon her.

23:11  And when her sister Aholibah (Jerusalem) saw this, she was more corrupt in her inordinate love than she, and in her whoredoms more than her sister in her whoredoms.

Because Israel as a nation did not judge each other righteously they were punished as a nation.

Ezekiel 23:35  Therefore thus saith Yahweh GOD; Because you hast forgotten Me, and cast Me behind your back, therefore bear you also your lewdness and your whoredoms.

The “churches” tossed out the Old Testament. Tossed out the history and heritage of our people, and violated the covenants, promises and commandments of our people and replaced it with false doctrine and passive tolerance.

Jeremiah 2:32  Can a maid forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet My people have forgotten Me days without number.

Jeremiah 3:20  Surely as a wife treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with Me, O house of Israel, saith Yahweh.

 23:36  Yahweh said moreover unto me; Son of man, wilt you judge (H8199) Aholah (Israel) and Aholibah (Judah)? yea, declare unto them their abominations;

23:37  That they have committed adultery, and blood is in their hands, and with their idols have they committed adultery, and have also caused their sons, whom they bare unto Me, to pass for them through the fire, to devour them.

First born sons sacrificed to Molech (Baal, the Lord, the Devil).

Declaring abominations is part of judging righteously.

23:44  Yet they (her lovers, idols, other races) went in unto her, as they go in unto a woman that playeth the harlot: so went they in unto Aholah (Israel) and unto Aholibah (Judah), the lewd women.

23:45  And the righteous men, they shall judge (H8199) them after the manner of adulteresses, and after the manner of women that shed blood; because they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.

23:46  For thus saith Yahweh GOD; I will bring up a company upon them, and will give them to be removed and spoiled.

23:47  And the company shall stone them with stones, and dispatch them with their swords; they shall slay their sons and their daughters, and burn up their houses with fire.

23:48  Thus will I cause lewdness to cease out of the land, that all women may be taught not to do after your lewdness.

23:49  And they shall recompense your lewdness upon you, and ye shall bear the sins of your idols: and ye shall know that I am Yahweh GOD.

All the women (and men and the nation) must learn from our history. Without righteous judgment, how else is the law upheld?

Ezekiel 33:7  So you, O son of man, I have set you a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore you shalt hear the word at My mouth, and warn them from Me.

33:8  When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, you shalt surely die; if you dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at your hand.

33:9  Nevertheless, if you warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but you hast delivered your soul.

33:10  Therefore, O you son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away (waste away) in them, how should we then live?

33:11  Say unto them, As I live, saith Yahweh GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

33:12  Therefore, you son of man, say unto the children of your people, The righteousness (acts) of the righteous (lawful) shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.

33:13  When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness (own acts), and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses (righteous acts) shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it.

 33:14  Again, when I say unto the wicked, You shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right;

33:15  If the wicked restore the pledge, give again (repaid) that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.

33:16  None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right (just); he shall surely live.

33:17  Yet the children of your people say, The Way of Yahweh is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal.

33:18  When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.

33:19  But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right (just), he shall live thereby.

33:20  Yet ye say, The Way of Yahweh is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge (H8199) you every one after his ways.

Very simple. Past righteousness does not clear present or future sinning. So much for 'once saved always saved'.

Past sins do not count against present or future righteousness.

When you judge the unrighteous, you are calling them out, seeking to make them aware of their trespass, and upholding The Way. You've done your duty. The rest is up to them.

When you are trespassing The Way, whether deliberately or ignorantly, you must be judged.

Ezekiel 44:16  They (Levites) shall enter into My sanctuary, and they shall come near to My table, to minister unto Me, and they shall keep My charge.

44:23  And they shall teach My people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.

44:24  And in controversy they shall stand in judgment (H8199- seat of judgment); and they shall judge (H8199) it according to My judgments (H4941- ordinance, measure): and they shall keep My laws and My statutes in all Mine assemblies; and they shall hallow My sabbaths.

Ezekiel 45:9  Thus saith Yahweh GOD; Let it suffice you, O princes of Israel: remove violence and spoil, and execute judgment (H4941- justice) and justice (H6666- righteousness), take away your exactions (oppressions) from My people, saith Yahweh GOD.

Amos 5:12  For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right.

Septuagint: 5:12 “...trampling on the just, taking bribes, and turning aside the judgment of the poor in the gates.”

Trials were held and heard at the gate.

5:13  Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it is an evil time.

5:14  Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so Yahweh, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken.

5:15  Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that Yahweh God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.

Romans 12:9  Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.

So we see that while the prudent are silent, because it is an evil time, they are not doing that which is Godly. Here Yahweh is chastising those in Israel who have committed evils, and those who seek good are to oppose those that commit evil. That means judge them. Hold them accountable to the law and The Way.

Micah 3:1  And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it

not for you to know judgment? (Jer 5:4-5)

 3:2  Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;

3:3  Who also eat the flesh of My people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.

This criticism of the wealthy of Israel is a recurrent theme throughout Amos and now in Micah, and this, besides the, economic, religious and social fornication which Israel had been guilty of and which is elaborately detailed in Hosea, is one of the primary reasons for Israel's judgment.

Micah continues to address those princes of Israel who have oppressed the poor and who have cared more for the enrichment of their own lives than for the Kingdom of God

3:4  Then shall they cry unto Yahweh, but He will not hear them: He will even hide His face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.

3:5  Thus saith Yahweh concerning the prophets that make My people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.

3:6  Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine (foretell, distribute); and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

Isaiah 8:20  To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Ezekiel 13:23  Therefore ye shall see no more vanity, nor divine divinations: for I will deliver My people out of your hand: and ye shall know that I am Yahweh.

3:7  Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.

Amos 8:11  Behold, the days come, saith Yahweh GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of Yahweh:

The language used here indicates with all certainty that these prophets being chastised here must have been legitimate prophets who had turned away from God, since it is indicated that before their error they did indeed have visions and answers from God.

3:8  But truly I am full of power by the spirit of Yahweh, and of judgment (H4941- justice, vindication), and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.   (Is 58:1)

Here Micah asserts that his ministry is a legitimate prophetic ministry. It seems that Micah had the same sort of opposition which Amos also faced, from false prophets who attempted to silence him. The people simply did not want to hear of their own sin. They did not want to be judged.

3:9  Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment (H4941- justice, vindication), and pervert all equity (uprightness, righteousness).

3:10  They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.

3:11  The heads thereof judge (H8199) for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon Yahweh, and say, Is not Yahweh among us? none evil can come upon us.

The heads thereof judge for reward: the judges of the people give judgment for bribes. By this alone the wealthy would always prevail over and be able to oppress the poor.

And the priests thereof teach for hire: the ministers of the people work for sake of money, and therefore they teach what their masters want to hear.

And the prophets thereof divine for money: doing that same thing which the priests do, foreboding good things that tickle the ears of their hearers for the sake of their own gain.

Without righteously judging against these things they are allowed to continue. Evil flourishes and punishment is inevitable.

Habakkuk 1:1  The burden which Habakkuk the prophet did see.

1:2  O Yahweh, how long shall I cry, and You wilt not hear! even cry out unto You of violence, and You wilt not save!

1:3  Why dost You shew me iniquity, and cause me to behold grievance? for spoiling and violence are before me: and there are that raise up strife and contention.

Evidently, a significant portion of the people have taken to rapacity (violence), and raising strife and contention with the Law of Yahweh or those who desire to live by it.

We must remain aware that other prophets have indicated that there is a significant population of Canaanites in Jerusalem. Both Jeremiah chapter 2 and Ezekiel chapter 16 are indicative of the situation and attribute the sin in Judah to that very problem. The Bible teaches us throughout its earliest chapters that so long as the Canaanites are permitted to live among the people of Israel, that the people would continue to follow after the ways of the Canaanites.

1:4  Therefore the law is slacked, and judgment (H4941- justice) doth never go forth: for the wicked doth compass about the righteous; therefore wrong judgment (H4941- justice) proceedeth.   (Jer 12:1)

Isaiah describes some of the conditions inside Jerusalem and Judah over a hundred years before this time in chapter 3 of his prophecy 1-14. Proud, boastful, oppressive to one another, disrespectful of elders, etc. Things we must judge, not tolerate.

In Hezekiah's time Jerusalem was saved from the Assyrian armies which had besieged it, and the people who witnessed such a great salvation still did not keep their obligations to their God. In the time of Josiah the books of the law were recovered and the idolatry was once again put to an end, but when he died the nation slipped immediately back to its old ways.

The next verse of Habakkuk begins Yahweh's answer to the cries of the prophet:

1:5  Behold ye among the nations (of Israel), and regard, and wonder marvellously: for I will work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though it be told you.

Isaiah 29:14  Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people (Israel), even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

Because they refused to judge one another and uphold The Way of Yahweh.

1:6  For, lo, I raise up the Chaldeans, that bitter and hasty nation, which shall march through the breadth of the land, to possess the dwellingplaces that are not theirs.

1:7  They are terrible and dreadful: their judgment (H4941- execution of judgment) and their dignity (elevation, exaltation, swelling) shall proceed of themselves.

Judah would fare better under the laws of Yahweh, but because they did not abide in them they will be subjected to tyrants. In this case, the Babylonians, who were ruthless. Yahweh judges us and punishes us with our enemies.

Zechariah 3:7  Thus saith Yahweh of hosts; If thou wilt walk in My ways, and if thou wilt keep My charge, then thou shalt also judge (H1777- plead, govern, vindicate) My house, and shalt also keep My courts, and I will give thee places to walk among these that stand by.

The Septuagint has the last part as: “...then will I give thee men to walk in the midst of these that stand here.”

When we have knowledge and understanding, and walk in The Way, and keep His charge, we can judge righteously our kinsmen, and keep His court (abode, settlement, village, our bodies) set apart from evil.

Zechariah 7:9  Thus speaketh Yahweh of hosts, saying, Execute (H8199- judge) true judgment (H4941- justice), and shew mercy and compassions every man to his brother:

Jeremiah 7:23  But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey My voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be My people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.

Yahweh says “Judge true judgment” every man to his brother. He also wants us to have mercy and compassion. This does not mean don't judge.

Zechariah 8:16  These are the things that ye shall do; Speak (H1696- declare, warn) ye every man the truth to his neighbour (kinsmen); execute (H8199- judge) the judgment (H4941- process, procedure, litigation) of truth and peace in your gates:

8:17  And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour (kin); and love no false oath (attesting of innocence): for all these are things that I hate, saith Yahweh.

Not only are we to declare the truth to our kinsmen, we are to warn and judge them when they are not living in truth.

Malachi 3:17  And they (those that fear Yahweh and do His Will, which includes judging) shall be Mine, saith Yahweh of hosts, in that day (Judgment Day) when I make up My jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

Exodus 19:5  Now therefore, if ye will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people: for all the earth is Mine:

Deuteronomy 7:6  For thou art an holy people unto Yahweh thy God: Yahweh thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto Himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

3:18  Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Psalm 58:10-11

10  The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked.

11  So that a man shall say, Verily there is a reward for the righteous: verily He is a God that judgeth in the earth.

Discernment is the same as judging. Knowing the difference between the righteous and the wicked. If your brethren does not serve Yahweh, are you going to let him die in his sin and not warn him? Remember, if you fail to warn him, you are held accountable. So you must judge!

It is not about telling someone what to do. It's about correction out of love and obedience.

We can clearly see in the Old Testament that Yahweh demands we judge righteously our kinsmen when they do not walk in The Way. Let's examine the New Testament to see if He changed His mind.

The “churches” are trying to “save” everybody. Aren't they judging when they decide to approach someone?

The act of judging (approaching) someone who is not living in The Way is part of our duty of children of the Most High. It is how acknowledgment, reverence, obedience, allegiance, and love is shown to our Father.

Matthew 22:37  Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love Yahweh thy Elohiym with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

22:38  This is the first and great commandment.

22:39  And the second is like (corresponding) unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour (kinsman, race) as thyself.

22:40  On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

The second great commandment is all we need to practice.

If you love your kinsmen as much as yourself, you are fulfilling all the law.

The 10 Commandments

By following these laws, it is impossible to sin against your brethren.

When you follow His Commandments, you are loving Yahweh.

John 14:15  If ye love Me, keep My commandments.

It works in only one order.

Love your family (race, kinsman) = loving Yahweh, His law, and yourself.

You cannot love Yahweh when you are enemies with your family (kinsman).

You cannot love Yahweh when you do not keep His laws or walk in The Way.

When we love our people according to The Way, we are doing exactly what we are supposed to.

The prophets warned (judged) our ancestors about the curses of disobedience, and not to forget, foretelling all the prophecies about our time as well, which we are fulfilling, because we are in a time of apostasy, we are in Jacob's trouble, the enemy and their society is running the show, because we have been taught not to judge, to make peace with evil, and tolerate wickedness, and love your enemies. All of which are not found in scripture.

Scripture teaches us to judge wickedness with righteousness.

This verse seems to agree with the “church's” teaching of 'do not judge', at face value.

Matthew 7:1  Judge not, that ye be not judged.

When you read the next few verses, the context is revealed. The context is also backed up by the definition of the word 'judge' in the Greek, which also means 'condemn'.

From Webster's 1828 Dictionary

Condemn- to doom, to blame, sentence, judge

From Strong's Concordance

Judge (G2919)- damn, condemn, decree, sue at the law. It also includes distinguish, decide, try, punish, avenge, conclude, call in question and sentence.

Matthew 7:1  Judge (G2919- condemn) not, that ye be not judged (G2919- condemned).

7:2  For with what judgment (G2917- condemnation) ye judge (G2919- condemn), ye shall be judged (G2919- condemned): and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

7:3  And why beholdest you the mote (stick) that is in your brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in your own eye?

7:4  Or how wilt you say to your brother, Let me pull out the mote (stick) out of your eye; and, behold, a beam is in your own eye?

7:5  You hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of your own eye; and then shalt you see clearly to cast out the mote (stick) out of thy brother's eye.

The context is judging righteously. You must be walking in The Way to judge righteously those not walking in The Way. As verse 5 states, first take care of the beam in your own eye, and then you shall see clearly to correct thy brothers eye. If Yahweh did not want us to judge, why is He instructing us how and when we are able to judge?

It is the Christian's duty to recognize and condemn sin, and to inform our brethren when they are seen in sin. Paul said in Galatians 6:1: “Brethren, even if a man should already be caught up in some transgression, you, those of the Spirit, restore such a man in a spirit of meekness, watching yourself lest also you may be tested.” When a sinner is unrepentant, we are to put him out of our community. As Paul advises in 1 Corinthians 5 to “deliver such a wretch to the Adversary, for destruction of the flesh, in order that the Spirit may be preserved in the day of the Prince.” Putting a man out of our community forces him over to the Adversary – to non-Christians and aliens – and God will use them to judge the sinner, as Paul says further on in that chapter “What is it to me to judge those outside? Not at all should you judge those within you [or among you]. 13 But those outside Yahweh judges; 'you will expel the wicked from amongst yourselves.'” We do not condemn our brethren, those Christians among us, but we separate ourselves from unrepentant sinners and pray that Yahweh judges them.

You judge someone wrongly when you do not first judge your own sin before trying to help him with his sin.

Matthew 18:15  Moreover if your brother shall trespass against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone: if he shall hear you, you hast gained your brother.  (Lev 19:17)

18:16  But if he will not hear you, then take with you one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

18:17  And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church (assembly): but if he neglect to hear the church (assembly), let him be unto you as an heathen man and a publican.

Romans 16:17  Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

None of this can happen without first judging. If your brother trespass against you, judge him alone. The next step is to include witnesses to judge. If that fails, the assembly must judge. Finally, if he does not repent, he must be cast out. Scripture does not teach toleration of lawlessness, the “churches” do.

In verse 15, 'tell him his fault' is G1651, meaning to convict, refute, rebuke, reprove; by conviction to bring to the light, to expose, to find fault with, correct.

Can judging be described any other way?

Matthew 23:23  Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment (G2920- justice), mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.

That was a major sin of the Pharisees. They had added dozens of man made rules to God’s law (traditions of men, Judaism), and then judged everyone that did not keep these rules (and false doctrines). They were majoring on minors and neglecting the more weighty provisions of the law, “justice and mercy and faithfulness”. They were focused on outward appearances, but their hearts were far from God. They neglected God’s commandments and held instead to the traditions of men.

Without judging, man made rules are enforced and tolerated. Just like today.

Next is Luke's account of Matthew 7:1.

Luke 6:37  Judge (G2919) not, and ye shall not be judged (G2919): condemn not (G2613- give judgment, pronounce guilty), and ye shall not be condemned (G2613): forgive (G630- set free, release), and ye shall be forgiven (G630- set free, released):

6:38  Give (G1325- offer, extend, reach out), and it shall be given (G1325) unto you; good measure (G3358- rule or standard of judgment), pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure (G3358- rule or standard of judgment) that ye mete (measure, judge) withal it shall be measured to you again (measured in return).

We are to judge our brethren by the rule and standard of the law and Way of Yahweh.

6:39  And He spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?

6:40  The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.

Perfect is G2675, meaning fit, sound, complete, in order, what one ought to be.

And again the analogy of the hypocrite judging unrighteously.

6:41  And why beholdest thou the mote (stick) that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

6:42  Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote (stick) that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote (stick) that is in thy brother's eye.

Christ affirms that we must judge righteously. We as members of an obedient body are to keep the other members in line.

Luke 12:56  Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?

12:57  Yea, and why even of yourselves judge (G2919) ye not what is right?

Why don't you judge what is right?

Luke 17:3  Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.

Rebuke is G2008, to admonish or charge sharply. It's part of judging.

Luke 18:1  And He spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint (falter);

18:2  Saying, There was in a city a judge (G2923- an arbiter), which feared not God, neither regarded man:

18:3  And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.

 18:4  And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;

18:5  Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary (annoys) me.

18:6  And the Prince Yahshua said, Hear what the unjust judge (G2923- an arbiter) saith.

18:7  And shall not God avenge His own elect, which cry day and night unto Him, though He bear long with them?

18:8  I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall He find faith (allegiance) on the earth?

18:9  And He spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

18:10  Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.

18:11  The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

He unrighteously judged other men.

18:12  I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

18:13  And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

18:14  I tell you, this man (the publican) went down to his house justified rather than the other (the Pharisee): for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

The Pharisee boasted that he was not a sinner, and proclaimed his own righteousness through his fulfillment of tithes and his fasting, which are in that manner no better than rituals – things which men perform merely to display their own justification, as if they could save themselves through that display.

This also goes for those who, by their own declaration, claim they are “saved”. Salvation means preservation, which means that it is 'ongoing', if you 'practice' His example. Scripture does not teach “once saved, always saved”.

Luke 19:11  And as they heard these things, He added and spake a parable, because He was nigh to Jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of God should immediately appear.

The people of Judaea, and even the apostles, thought that the Kingdom of Yahweh would materialize immediately with the manifestation of the Messiah.

19:12  He said therefore, A certain nobleman went into a far country to receive for himself a kingdom, and to return.

Christ came and set the example, with that we are to be building the kingdom.

19:13  And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. (Engage yourselves in business while I go.)

The business of building the kingdom.

19:14  But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.

So they invented all the denominations and doctrines according to their liking.

19:15  And it came to pass, that when he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading (while engaged in business).

At Judgment Day, all were raised to show their labors of building the kingdom.

19:16  Then came the first, saying, Master, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.

19:17  And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.

19:18  And the second came, saying, Master, thy pound hath gained five pounds.

19:19  And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.

19:20  And another came, saying, Master, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in a napkin:

19:21  For I feared thee, because thou art an austere (harsh) man: thou takest up that thou layedst not down, and reapest that thou didst not sow.

19:22  And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge (G2919) thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere (harsh) man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:

19:23  Wherefore then gavest not thou my money into the bank, that at my coming I might have required mine own with usury?

From the servants own mouth he was judged: the servant admitted knowing what his master would expect, but still neglected any attempt to meet that expectation. Therefore the servant was judged for his negligence.

The others were taking their knowledge and obedience and edifying the kingdom and their brethren. The unprofitable servant did not do anything. When we do not judge our unrighteous kinsman, the kingdom suffers and we are unprofitable.

John 3:17  For God sent not His Son into the world (society) to condemn (G2919) the world (society); but that the world (society) through Him might be saved (preserved).

3:18  He that believeth on Him is not condemned (G2919): but he that believeth not is condemned (G2919) already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten (most beloved) Son of God.

Most people do not know His name (Yahshua), and most put their trust in what the “churches” teach rather than scripture.

3:19  And this is the condemnation (G2920- trial, contest, judgment), that light is come into the world (society), and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

People love what the 'churches” teach. The “churches” are just repeating and supporting the lies and false doctrines that has been pulled over their eyes.

3:20  For every one that doeth (practices) evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved (exposed).

3:21  But he that doeth (practices) truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought (engaged in) in God.

We must practice the truth and come to the light. We must also show our kinsmen when they are practicing evil, by judging them righteously with love and correction. This is how we are engaged in God.

Christ's first advent was not to condemn the society, but to preserve it. This is done by correction of direction. Christ is our example. He showed us how we are preserved when we follow The Way. Our duty is to show our disobedient kinsman The Way so they may be preserved in this life. Judgment and condemnation are coming when our Prince returns.

John 5:30  I can of Mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge (G2919): and My judgment (G2920) is just; because I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent Me.

As following imitators of Christ, we must judge according to the will of the Father, which is to obey His statutes, judgments and commandments.

John 7:24  Judge (G2919) not according to the appearance, but judge (G2919) righteous judgment (G2920).

Deuteronomy 1:16  And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger (sojourning kinsman) that is with him.

Why do the “churches” teach opposite of what Christ teaches? Because the “churches” teach the religion of the Jews and the doctrines of men.

John 12:46  I am come a light into the world (society), that whosoever believeth on Me should not abide in darkness.

12:47  And if any man hear My words, and believe not, I judge (G2919) him not: for I came not to judge (G2919) the world (society), but to save (preserve) the world (society).

12:48  He that rejecteth Me, and receiveth not My words, hath one that judgeth (G2919) him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge (G2919) him in the last day.

Deuteronomy 18:19  And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto My words which he shall speak in My name, I will require it of him.

12:49  For I have not spoken of Myself; but the Father which sent Me, He gave Me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.

12:50  And I know that His commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto Me, so I speak.

The same goes for us. We are kinsman of Christ. Christ demonstrated The Way perfectly. Our duty is to imitate His example.  Christ came not for the righteous, but for the unrighteous. He showed us how to turn the hearts of the unrighteous back to Yahweh. This is righteous judging.

Acts 20:27  For I have not shunned (to shrink from declaring) to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

20:28  Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Spirit hath made you overseers (charged with the duty of seeing that things to be done by others are done rightly), to feed the church (assembly) of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood.

1Timothy 4:16  Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save (preserve) thyself, and them that hear thee.

20:29  For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous (oppressive) wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

The flock are the children of Israel. The descendants of Jacob. That's us.

The wolves are the enemies of Israel, the Edomites and Canaanites. The children of that wicked one. That's the Jews.

20:30  Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

1Timothy 1:20  Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan (the Adversary), that they may learn not to blaspheme.

We are to cast those that are unrighteous out of our society, if they are unwilling to repent and obey, and let the adversary deal with them.

20:31  Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

20:32  And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of His grace (favor), which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

Sanctified: holy, pure, set apart, dedicated.  Only Israelites are sanctified because only Israel was set apart from all the other peoples. Only we Israelites were given the promises and covenants and inheritance. It is our duty to warn our kinsman when they are in danger of voiding their inheritance.

Paul on trial before the Sanhedrin.

Acts 23:1  And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men, brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day.

23:2  And the high priest Ananias (Edomite Sadducee) commanded them that stood by him to smite him on the mouth.

23:3  Then said Paul unto him, God shall smite thee, thou whited wall: for sittest thou to judge (G2919) me after the law, and commandest me to be smitten contrary to the law?

Leviticus 19:35  Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.

Paul calls high priest Ananias a “whitened wall” and warns that God would smite him. The fulfillment is recorded by Josephus (Wars 2.17.9). Slain with his brother by robbers.

Romans 2:1  Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.

Avoid unrighteous judgment of your brethren.

2:2  But we are sure that the judgment of Yahweh God is according to truth against them which commit such things (crimes of chapter 1).

2:3  And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of  Yahweh God?

In chapter 2, the Judaean's Paul is teaching are Israelites living in Rome.

These Israelites, of the house of Judah, had the law, they were aware of their heritage, the prophecies and the law. They are referred to as the circumcision. The uncircumcision were Israelites of the house of Israel that had lost and forgot the law, their heritage and their God after they did not return to Judaea after the Assyrian and Babylonian captivities. Hence, lost sheep.

Romans 2:17  Behold, thou art called a Judaean, and rest in the law, and makest thy boast of God,

 2:18  And knowest his will, and approvest the things that are more excellent, being instructed out of the law;

2:19  And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,

2:20  An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.

2:21  Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?

2:22  Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?

2:23  Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?

2:24  For the name of God is blasphemed among the Nations through you, as it is written.

This backs up the verses of Matthew and Luke referring to hypocrites.

If you are going to talk the talk, then walk the walk.

2:25  For circumcision verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law, thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.

You can't just go through the motion of the law insincerely.

2:26  Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?

2:27  And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge (G2919) thee, who by the letter and circumcision dost transgress the law?

One who follows the law by nature shall judge those who have (know) the law and transgress.

Yahweh's law is written on our hearts. Paul is saying that those Israelites that don't know the law and  that follow the law written on their hearts are counted as those that know and have the law. They will also judge those that know the law and transgress the law.

The circumcision are those Israelites that returned to Judaea after captivity and continued in the law and heritage of Israel.

The uncircumcision are those Israelites that did not return and migrated elsewhere, becoming pagan and forgetting their heritage, the law and their God.

Paul was the apostle to these 'lost' Israelites.

Romans 12:16  Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to (accommodating) men of low estate (humble). Be not wise in your own conceits.

12:17  Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

12:18  If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Hebrews 12:14  Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Prince:

Peace is not tolerating evil. Peace is judging evil.

12:19  Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith Yahweh.

12:20  Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

Matthew 5:44  But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

Referring to kinsmen enemies. We are to love our brethren, Christ loved His kinsmen enemies, He died for them.

12:21  Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Evil is not overcome by tolerating it. We must call it out (judge it).

Verses 5-21 We all have gifts, we should use them toward the good of the Kingdom, follow the law. Be better to our brethren than our brethren is towards us.

The basic message of love thy brethren. If you love your brethren, then you fulfill all the commandments.

'Enemy' in verse 20 is an enemy of kin. In no way does Christ want us to accept or show favor towards our real enemy, the seed of the serpent (Gen 3:15).

Romans 14:1  Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations (arguing of decisions).

14:2  For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.

14:3  Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge (G2919- condemn) him that eateth: for God hath received him.

14:4  Who art thou that judgest (G2919- condemns) another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.

Paul is proclaiming that we all do things differently. We should not judge each other's methods in life and worship, as long as it is in accordance with The Way.

An example regarding verses 1-4 is as follows:

In those days, unless you owned or lived on a farm, you got your meat from the market in the city. This meat was considered “common”, thought of as defiled or profaned, by the Judaeans, those that knew and practiced the law. The Romans were “wild olives” who did not have the law, and were pagan to boot. Most of this meat was sacrificed to gods, hence “common”.

Many Romans were a branch of the tribe of Judah that left before the Exodus and went on to settle Troy, Rome and others. They became pagans and forgot the law and who they were, hence, the uncircumcision.

The context of judging brethren over food sacrificed to idols continues.

14:10  But why dost thou judge (G2919- condemn) thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat (G968- throne) of Christ.

14:11  For it is written, As I live, saith the Prince, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to Yahweh.

14:12  So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God.

14:13  Let us not therefore judge (G2919- condemn) one another any more: but judge (G2919- esteem, determine) this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.

1Corinthians 8:9  But take heed lest by any means this liberty (free will) of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.

14:14  I know, and am persuaded by the Prince Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean.

The context is still unclean, meaning common, meaning pagan or profane.

14:15  But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died.

The original Greek is clearer:

14  I know and have confidence by Prince Yahshua, that nothing is of itself profane: except to he who considers anything to be profane, to him it is profane.

15  But if because of food your brother is distressed, no longer do you walk in accordance with charity (love). You must not with your food ruin that person for whose benefit Christ had died.

14:16  Let not then your good be evil spoken of:

14:17  For the kingdom of God is not meat (food) and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

14:18  For he that in these things (righteousness)  serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men.

2Corinthians 8:21  Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Prince, but also in the sight of men.

14:19  Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify (build, support) another.

14:20  For meat (food) destroys not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence.

14:21  It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.

1Corinthians 8:13  Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.

14:22  Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth (G2919- judges, determines) not himself in that thing which he alloweth.

The Greek: 22  Do you have faith? Have it concerning yourself in the presence of Yahweh. Blessed is he who does not condemn that in which he himself approves.

Don't be a hypocrite.

14:23  And he that doubteth (makes a distinction) is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Greek: 23  But he that makes a distinction, if then he eats, has been condemned, because it is not from faith, and all which is not from of faith is an error.

The context is NOT about eating pork, which is still an unclean animal and forbidden.

The context is about eating foods sacrificed to idols. Some Israelites were pagan and participated in the sacrifice before they ate it. This is sin. Some Israelites didn't want any part of the pagan sacrifice or the meat from it. And some Israelites did not participate in the pagan ritual but still needed meat, so they just bought it, brought it home, and ate it.

We are not to condemn each other, rather correct with love. If one wishes to continue with pagan sacrifice, Yahweh will judge them. We've done our part.

Romans 16:17  Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

2Timothy 3:5  Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Avoid the “churches” and those who preach 'the doctrines of men'. Yahweh will judge them.

16:18  For they that are such serve not our Prince Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.

Philippians 3:19  Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)

1Timothy 6:5  Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.

16:19  For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.

After you have judged (marked, observed) those that cause division, and they will not return to Yahweh and the truth, withdraw and avoid them.

1Corinthians 1:10  Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Prince Yahshua Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment (G1106).

Many things to examine in this verse.

Speak- G3004, relate, show, affirm, teach, exhort, advise, direct, point out.

Division- G4978, split, gap, rent, schism.

Perfectly joined together- G2675, to complete, repair, mend, adjust, restore, put in order, strengthen, make one what he ought to be.

Mind- G3563, understanding, the mind, comprising alike the faculties of perceiving and understanding and those of feeling, judging, determining, reason in the narrower sense, as the capacity for spiritual truth, the faculty of perceiving divine things, of recognizing goodness and of hating evil, the power of considering and judging soberly, calmly and impartially.

Judgment- G1106, view, judgment, opinion, cognition, resolve, counsel, purpose, will.

We must show, exhort, and point out the schism with our kinsman and repair, restore and put in order the understanding of truth and divine things and return to the purpose and will of Yahweh. This is righteous judging. We, the members of the Anointed body, must be perfectly joined together with one mind. Obedience and allegiance. Not tolerance and inaction.

1Corinthians 4:1  Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers (servants) of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.  (Matt 24:45)

4:2  Moreover it is required in (with) stewards, that a man be found faithful.

4:3  But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged (G350- examined) of you, or of man's judgment: yea, I judge (G350- examined) not mine own self.

4:4  For I know nothing by myself; yet am I not hereby justified (proven righteous): but He that judgeth (G350- examines) me is the Prince.

Christ, Paul and the apostles were teaching the truth and The Way. The Pharisees (Jews) and the synagogues were teaching the doctrines of men (like the “churches” today). They were teaching false doctrine and Paul was teaching the gospel. They were unrighteously judging him, because they did not teach the truth.

Paul didn't care what men said about him, he will preach the gospel anyway.

4:5  Therefore judge (G2919- condemn) nothing (no one) before the time (prematurely), until the Prince come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

4:6  And these things, brethren, I have in a figure transferred to myself and to Apollos for your sakes; that ye might learn in us not to think of men above that which is written, that no one of you be puffed up for one against another.

'figure transferred...' What Paul is saying is he has changed the illustration of the message so they may comprehend it. Hence the term 'milk and meat'. He wasn't changing the message.

Regarding the topic of incest among the Corinthians.

The “churches” today would tolerate it.

Chapter 5 clearly demonstrates that we are to judge.

1Corinthians 5:1  It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Nations, that one should have his father's wife.

Fornication includes all elicit sex, including incest. Even if your father's wife is not your mother, she is still his property. (Deut 22:30, Lev 18:8, Eph 5:3)

5:2  And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you.

Cast out. If an Israelite is unrepentant and will not change their ways, they are to be cast out of the society and Yahweh will deal with them.

5:3  For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged (G2919- determined) already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,

Sounds like Paul knew those who were involved.

5:4  In the name of our Prince Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Prince Jesus Christ,

5:5  To deliver such an one unto Satan (the Adversary) for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved (preserved) in the day of the Prince Jesus.

Psalm 109:6  Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan (the Adversary) stand at his right hand.

When the wicked is cast out of society, they are without Yahweh's protection, and the adversaries of Christ will either consume them or prompt them to repent.

5:6  Your glorying (boasting) is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?

One bad apple spoils the bunch. Be separate from willing sinners.

5:7  Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:

5:8  Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

'old leaven' refers to the Pharisees. Their 'traditions' and beliefs. The hypocrisy of their doctrine. Who were the Pharisees? At first the sects were Israelite Judaeans, then the Canaanites and Edomites infiltrated and took over and corrupted the laws of Moses. Christ warned us to beware of this seed (race of vipers). See Matt 16:6,11-12, Mark 8:15, Luke 12:1 (See also 'Pharisees' in Who's Who menu)

5:9  I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators (those practicing incest):

That epistle was before this one, unfortunately never found.

Ephesians 5:11  And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

5:10  Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world (society), or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.

Greek: “;...seeing that you are therefore obliged to come out from the society.

5:11  But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.

Have no company with practicing sinners.

5:12  For what have I to do to judge (G2919) them also that are without (outside)? do not ye judge (G2919) them that are within?

It is up to us to judge those within our society according to The Way.

5:13  But them that are without (outside) God judgeth (G2919). Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.

Deut 17:7 – unrepentant brethren are to be cast out for God to judge.

Judging immoral men.

Another chapter dedicated to teaching righteous judgment.

1Corinthians 6:1  Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints?

Corrupt courts ruled by non-Israelites, and or traitors. Today's courts are controlled by Jews. Most judges are Jews. The courts are steadily removing the 10 Commandments and the Constitution.

6:2  Do ye not know that the saints (we Israelites) shall judge (G2919) the world (society)? and if the world (society) shall be judged (G2919) by you, are ye unworthy to judge (G2922- decide suit) the smallest matters?

6:3  Know ye not that we shall judge (G2919) angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

This mortal life is our test and training grounds.

6:4  If then ye have judgments (G2922- deciding) of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge (G2919) who are least esteemed in the church (assembly).

The most humble should be judges or examiners. Those that follow The Way.

6:5  I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?

'your shame' is not in the manuscripts. It should read: 'I speak from respect to you.'

6:6  But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers.

Talking about bringing each other to court. And the corrupt courts to settle disputes.

6:7  Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?

You can get in an even worse situation by relying on the court system. You must rely on Yahweh's system.

6:8  Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren.

The Greek makes more sense:

8 You would rather do wrong and defraud, and this of a brother?

6:9  Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators (race mixers), nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (womanish, unmanly), nor abusers of themselves with mankind (homos),

6:10  Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

6:11  And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Prince Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

6:12  All things are lawful (possible) unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful (possible) for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.

6:13  Meats (foods) for the belly, and the belly for meats (foods): but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Prince; and the Prince for the body.

When we sin, Prince Yahshua cannot dwell in our body.

6:14  And God hath both raised up the Prince, and will also raise up us by His own power.

6:15  Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.

6:16  What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith He, shall be one flesh.

If you join with evil, you become one with evil. If you don't judge evil, you tolerate and accept evil. You are what you accept.

6:17  But he that is joined unto the Prince is one spirit.

6:18  Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without (outside) the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.

6:19  What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

6:20  For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.

We are Yahweh's temple, He bought us with Christ's death, we must take care of what is His, by following His rules. Our brethren are His also, so we must take care of them too. This is done by judging them when they fall away.

1Corinthians 11:31  For if we would judge (G1252- separate, make a distinction) ourselves, we should not be judged (G2919).

The Greek reads:

31 If then we had made a distinction of ourselves, perhaps we would not be judged.

Paul is referring to being separate from other races, just as our forefathers, the prophets, and Yahweh teach throughout the whole bible. Hence a “called out seed (race)”. The light of the world (society).

1John 1:9  If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

11:32  But when we are judged (G2919), we are chastened (corrected, instructed, disciplined) of the Prince, that we should not be condemned (G2632- sentenced) with the world (society).

11:33  Wherefore, my brethren, when ye come together to eat, tarry (await) one for another.

11:34  And if any man hunger, let him eat at home; that ye come not together unto condemnation (G2917- of wrong). And the rest will I set in order when I come.

You have to know what you are doing and why it is done. Not just going through the motions, but understand the purpose, meaning, and reason to partake in communion.

Chapter 14 is about speaking in tongues.

Speaking in tongues is not about godly possessed jibberish.

The context is about different languages. Some people spoke one language, others spoke many, like Paul. Language barriers can be worked out. Meaningless jibberish claiming it is from God is unrighteous.

1Corinthians 14:26  How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying.

14:27  If any man speak in an unknown tongue (language), let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.

14:28  But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church (assembly); and let him speak to himself, and to God.

If no one can speak your language in the assembly, be quiet.

14:29  Let the prophets (interpreters) speak two or three, and let the other judge (G1252- discern).

14:30  If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.

14:31  For ye may all prophesy (interpret) one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

14:32  And the spirits of the prophets (interpreters) are subject (obedient) to the prophets (interpreters of prophecy).

14:33  For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches (assemblies) of the saints.

Today's denominations are the confusion, and because of men, not Yahweh.

2Corinthians 5:10  For we must all appear before the judgment seat (G968) of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

But I thought the law was “done away with” and all we have to do is “just believe”?

Galatians 6:7  Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

5:11  Knowing therefore the terror (awe) of the Prince, we persuade men; but we are made manifest (known) unto God; and I trust (we) also are made manifest (known) in your consciences.

Hebrews 10:31  It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

We must persuade our brethren to consider his errors and return to Yahweh.

Galatians 2:11  But when Peter was come to Antioch, I withstood him to the face, because he was to be blamed.

2:12  For before that certain came from James, he did eat with the Nations (the uncircumcised, dispersed Israelites of the house of Israel): but when they were come, he withdrew and separated himself, fearing them which were of the circumcision (Israelites of the house of Judah).

When Peter was entertaining the uncircumcised, and the circumcised came around, he pretended not to know the uncircumcised.

Acts 10:28  And he (Peter) said unto them, Ye know how that it is an unlawful thing for a man that is a Judaean (circumcised) to keep company, or come unto one of another nation (uncircumcised); but God hath shewed me that I should not call any man common or unclean.

Peter was shown in a vision in Acts 10 that the Nations (uncircumcised) were his kinsman and not considered by Yahweh as unclean. They were Israelites of the dispersion and under the same promises and redemption as the Judaean Israelites (circumcised). Acts 10 is not about eating pork!

2:13  And the other Judaeans dissembled likewise with him; insomuch that Barnabas also was carried away with their dissimulation (hypocrisy).

2:14  But when I saw that they walked not uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said unto Peter before them all, If thou, being a Judaean, livest after the manner of the Nations (uncircumcised), and not as do the Judaeans, why compellest thou the Nations (uncircumcised) to live as do the Judaeans?

Don't be a hypocrite.

The apostles were learning too. Peter was confronted (judged) by Paul for being a hypocrite.

Christ reconciled both houses of Israel and Judah because they were both His sheep.

The house of Israel lost and/or forgot their heritage and God. Paul was the apostle to these dispersed Israelites (incorrectly taught to be non-Israelite Gentiles by the “churches”).

The house of Judah knew their heritage and the law and their God. Peter and the others were the apostles to them.

It took a little while before some of the apostles understood that Israelites both near and far were kinsmen and fellow heirs to the covenants and promises.

Galatians 6:1  Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual (of the Spirit), restore (repair, adjust) such an one in the spirit of meekness (humility); considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted (tested).

Be humble in correction (judging) of your brethren and don't impose to the point of division.

6:2  Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

Verse 2 is a rhetorical question. It's referring to the ego in verse 1.

The Greek: 2  Should you bear one anothers' burdens, and in that manner fulfill the law of the Anointed? (the group, the sons of Jacob)

Romans 15:1  We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

1Thessalonians 5:14  Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

James 2:8  If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:

6:3  For if a man think himself to be something (ego), when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself.

6:4  But let every man prove (scrutinize) his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing (boasting) in himself alone, and not in another.

6:5  For every man shall bear his own burden.

Is Paul saying in verse 2 that we should bear each others burden and here in verse 5 that every man should bear his own burden? No, Romans 2:6  Who (Yahweh) will render to every man according to his deeds:

Providing for your brethren is different than paying for his sins.

6:6  Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things.

The Greek: 6 He who is being instructed in the word must share in all good things with he who is teaching.

When we see that our kinsman is overtaken by fault, we must restore them in the spirit of love and humility to return to Yahweh. This is done by the process of judging, righteously judging.

Ephesians 4:29  Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace (delight) unto the hearers.  (1 Thes 5:11, Col 3:16)

Communication is G3056, reasoning, motive, doctrine, teaching, dispute, relation, i.e. with whom as judge we stand in relation.

If we do not judge righteously, we are not doing any good, rather we are being destructive.

If we judge righteously, we are edifying (building) the kingdom.

Philippians 1:3  I thank my God upon every remembrance (mention) of you,

1:4  Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,

 1:5  For your fellowship (partnership) in the gospel from the first day until now;

Fellowship and partnership is not “just believing”. It is participating in your heritage, obeying the commandments of Yahweh, loving your kinsman, practicing righteousness, and correcting those that stray from The Way with righteous judgment.

1:6  Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

1:7  Even as it is meet (fit) for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace (favor).

They shared Paul's faith.

Paul is referring to his defending of the gospel in public in the Praetorium in Rome, on trial.

It is also our duty to defend the gospel and The Way.

1:8  For God is my record, how greatly I long after you all in the bowels (affection) of Jesus Christ.

 1:9  And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and in all judgment (G144- understanding, discernment);

 1:10  That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ;

The Greek: 10  For you to examine those things that differ, in order that you would be pure and not stumbling unto the day of Christ.

1:11  Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory (honor) and praise of God.

“Just believing” is not a fruit. The results of action are the fruits. Tolerating evil does not bring honor. Judging and standing for what is expected of Yahweh's children is honorable fruit.

 1:12  But I would ye should understand, brethren, that the things which happened unto me have fallen out rather unto the furtherance of the gospel;

 1:13  So that my bonds in Christ are manifest in all the palace (Praetorium), and in all other places;

1:14  And many of the brethren in the Prince, waxing confident by my bonds, are much more bold to speak the word without fear.

Paul is a model of encouragement. It doesn't matter if the world hates you for judging them, it matters to Christ. He wants obedience and allegiance. If our kinsman are not following The Way, it is up to us to show them.

Colossians 2:16  Let no man therefore judge (G2919- condemn) you in meat (food), or in drink, or in respect of an holyday (feast), or of the new moon (months), or of the sabbath days:

We are not to condemn our brethren if they do not observe these things exactly like you do.

For example:

In those days, the meat came from the markets which were attached to the temple. In times of apostasy, the animals were sacrificed to other gods. Many Israelites had a problem with that, but still needed food. It was OK to buy it and bring it home and eat it, just don't participate in the sacrifice.

Today, we basically have the same problem, only aliens handle our food and the processing of it is not entirely Christian either. And the food laws are still in effect. Unclean animals are still unclean. Christ did not die so you could eat PORK!

Drinking in moderation is also OK, but the “churches” teach that it is not.

The holy days, or feasts, are also to be observed. Feast of unleavened bread, day of atonement (fasting), and feast of tabernacles are all festivals of our heritage, just like the 4th of July.

The sabbath day also must be observed. Many observe a Sunday or Saturday sabbath, which is fine. Those that understand that Yahweh's Solar Calendar is the one we should be following observe the sabbath according to the cycle of the sun. This year the sabbath falls on Sunday, last year it was on Saturday. It changes year to year because the year starts the day after the Spring Equinox and counted from there.

1Thessalonians 5:11  Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify (build) one another, even as also ye do.

 5:12  And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Prince, and admonish (warn, exhort) you;

1Corinthians 16:18  For they have refreshed my spirit and yours: therefore acknowledge ye them that are such.

5:13  And to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.

Mark 9:50  Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.

The salt of righteously judging.

5:14  Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

5:15  See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. (Lev 19:18, Gal 6:10)

The exhortation of judging righteously is found all over scripture. The “churches” do not follow scripture, they follow Judaism, which is not scripture. They are deceived by the doctrine of devils.

2Thessalonians 1:3  We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet (deserving), because that your faith (allegiance) groweth exceedingly, and the charity (love) of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

1:4  So that we ourselves glory (boast) in you in the churches (assemblies) of God for your patience and faith (allegiance) in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

1:5  Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment (G2920- trial, contest) of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

“Just believing” in God is not enough. When you have allegiance (faith) with Yahweh, you are living and standing for His laws and Ways. Judging those that do not follow His ways will bring you persecution and tribulation, because you are going against those that go against Yahweh. Stand strong because suffering for standing for Christ and The Way is rewarded and you will be counted worthy of the kingdom.

1Timothy 1:18  This charge (command) I commit unto you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on you, that you by them mightest war a good warfare; (soldier a good battle)

1:19  Holding faith (allegiance), and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

A lot of the early converts had fallen over the wayside rapidly.

1:20  Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered (surrendered) unto Satan (the Adversary), that they may learn not to blaspheme.  (2 Tim 2:17, 4:14)

When we put those who sin out of our company, congregation, or society and let the children of darkness (the Adversary) deal with them, they will suffer from refusing to follow the Christian Way. It might even bring them to repentance. For what communion has light with darkness?

1Timothy 5:20  Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. (Deut 13:11)

Rebuke publicly. The “churches” don't follow this example.

Titus 1:13  This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;

2Timothy 2:15  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Going to “church” is not studying. Believing what your “preacher” says is not studying. You can go to “church” and listen to your “preacher” all you want, but check the scriptures and use a concordance and other study tools to discern if what you are receiving is truth according to scripture. You may not see it yet, but the “churches” are not following scripture.

2:16  But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

Is it godly to worship a Jewish Jesus of the race of vipers? To seek “personal salvation” instead of loving your brethren and building the kingdom? To “just believe” and declare that “your saved”? To tolerate homosexuals and mixed races in the assemblies? To eat pork and other unclean animals? To not even know and use the name of our God and our Savior?

The doctrine of the “churches” increases ungodliness because they are controlled by the enemy.

2:17  And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; (1 Tim 1:20)

Whom Paul surrendered unto the Adversary, that they may learn not to blaspheme.

Paul cast out the blasphemers.

2:18  Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some.

The Greek has 'restoration', not 'resurrection'. The restoration comes with the 2nd Advent.

The “churches” teach error. This website exposes them. Use it as a tool to rightly divide truth.

2Timothy 3:14  But continue you in the things which you hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom you hast learned them;

3:15  And that from a child you hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make you wise unto salvation (preservation) through faith (allegiance) which is in Christ Jesus.

John 5:39  Search the scriptures

3:16  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine (beneficial for teaching), for reproof (evidence), for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

3:17  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

The Greek: 17  That the man of Yahweh would be perfect, having prepared himself for all good works.

The scriptures are beneficial for correction. That instructs us to examine the evidence. Come off auto pilot and see if true scripture backs up “church” doctrine.

2Timothy 4:2  Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

The Greek: 2  You must proclaim the word, you must stand ready opportunely and inopportunely, you must bring convincing proof, you must censure, you must exhort with all forbearance and instruction.

 4:3  For the time will come when they will not endure (maintain) sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears (tickling the ear);

4:4  And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

Such as the “rapture”. It sure sounds great. “Just believe” and be taken out of here before the fit hits the shan. Christ wasn't “raptured”. He went through tribulation and now look at Him. Immortal. His example is our path.

In verse 2, we are instructed to JUDGE. Why? Because verses 3 and 4 are literally happening now.

Reprove means to convict, refute, by conviction to bring to the light, to expose, to find fault with, correct, call to account, chasten, punish.

Rebuke means to admonish or charge sharply.

Exhort means to address, speak to in the way of instruction, console, encourage, strengthen.

If we followed God's will and judge, reprove, rebuke and exhort those that fall away, then verses 3 and 4 will not happen.

We wouldn't have our Israelite brethren believing they are Gentiles, and believing that the Jews are Israel and that Jesus is a Jew, and all the abominable doctrines the “churches” fill the simple unlearned minds of our people.

It matters Who and what we believe in.

Titus 1:10  For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers (of minds), specially they of (among) the circumcision:

The circumcision is the house of Judah. Israelites dwelling in Judaea. Among the Judaeans were also the children of the Adversary, who were the Edomite scribes and Pharisees. These religious sects were under their control.

1Timothy 1:6  From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;

They perverted the laws of Moses into the 'traditions of the elders', known today as Judaism. The Talmud is the written bible of the Jews. Our preachers have been taught their religion under the guise of Judeo-Christianity. Our preachers today can also be compared to the circumcision, because they also teach (false doctrine) from the scriptures and should know better. Slight deception can ruin the whole perception.

1:11  Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake.

2Timothy 3:6  For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly (simple) women laden with sins, led away with divers (various) lusts,

1:12  One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are always liars, evil beasts, slow bellies.

 1:13  This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;

1:14  Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.

Isaiah 29:13  Wherefore Yahweh said, Forasmuch as this people (Israelites) draw near Me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour Me, but have removed their heart far from Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the precept of men:

Paul is making a distinction between the OT and Judaism.

The laws and commands of the OT are of Yahweh. The traditions and commandments of men are of men (Jews), namely the sects of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

We have been taught not to judge and to remove our hearts from the instructions of Yahweh by the precepts of men, thanks to the “churches”.

Titus 2:11  For the grace (favor) of God that bringeth salvation (preservation) hath appeared to all men,

 2:12  Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

The Greek: 12  Teaching us that, rejecting impiety and the lusts of this Society, discreetly and righteously and piously we should live in this present age.

“Just believing” is not good enough, we must act and do and be and have righteousness.

We must rebuke and reject unrighteousness. Why do the “churches” teach tolerance?

 2:13  Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

2:14  Who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.  (Gal 1:4)

'Peculiar' means 'one's own', special, beyond. Belonging to a nation, system or other thing, and not to others. Exclusive property; that which belongs to a person in exclusion of others.

If God loves everybody, and we are all of the race of Adam, how can their be another group of peculiar people? The “churches” keep teaching the lies that they were deceived by over and over. The Bible is a history book of our race.

Exodus 19:5  Now therefore, if ye (children of Israel) will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

Deuteronomy 14:2  For you art an holy (appointed) people unto Yahweh your God, and Yahweh hath chosen you (12 tribes of Jacob) to be a peculiar people unto Himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

Deuteronomy 26:18  And Yahweh hath avouched you (sons of Jacob) this day to be His peculiar people, as He hath promised you, and that you shouldest keep all His commandments;

Psalm 135:4  For Yahweh hath chosen Jacob unto Himself, and Israel for His peculiar treasure.

Matthew 15:24  But He answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.

1Peter 2:9  But ye are a chosen generation (race), a royal priesthood, an holy (set apart) nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvellous light:

America is the regathering place of the descendants of the children of Israel. Well, the America that started out as a white Christian nation.

2:15  These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise you.

The Greek: 15  You speak these things and exhort and prove with all authority. Let no one hold you in contempt.

Hebrews 11:11  Through faith (assurance, allegiance) also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged (G2233- considered, deemed) Him (Yahweh) faithful (trustworthy) who had promised.

Genesis 17:19  And God said, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son indeed; and you shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.

But the “churches” don't support this. They teach you that “they” will establish God's covenant with anybody who “believes”.

It is time we judge the “churches”, because they have fallen out of The Way. Read sermons from the 1700's, you won't find the doctrine that is taught today. Search the original scriptures (which are found here on this website), for they contain the words of Yahweh, unlike today's “church” doctrine which contain the words of men.

James 2:10  For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty (liable) of all.

Deuteronomy 27:26  Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.

Matthew 5:19  Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

When you aren't following one law, you are disrespecting them all.

2:11  For He that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill (murder). Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.

2:12  So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged (G2919) by the law of liberty.

2:13  For he shall have judgment (G2920- justice, condemnation) without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth (exults) against judgment (G2920- justice, condemnation).

If we don't show our brethren mercy, why should Yahweh show us mercy? (Matt 7:2)

The “churches” teach that we should not judge. Scripture teaches that we should judge righteously. We are to point out unrighteousness and correct our brethren with mercy and compassion.

Chapter 4 is speaking on a tribal, or national level.

James 4:11  Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth (G2919) his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth (G2919) the law: but if thou judge (G2919) the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge (G2923).

The Greek: 11  Do not slander one another, brethren. He slandering a brother or condemning his brother slanders the law and condemns the law. Now if you condemn the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.

In verse 11 of the KJV the first three words 'judge' is G2919 which, in the context, means condemn. The last 'judge' is G2923, one who passes or arrogates to himself, judgment on anything, an arbiter.

The “churches” use these types of verses to support their doctrine of “don't judge”. Scripture demands we judge righteously and correct our brethren when they stray from The Way. Yahweh will judge everyone, it's up to us to stand for righteousness. Not tolerance like the “churches” teach.

4:12  There is one lawgiver (and Judge), who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest (G2919- condemns) another?

Matthew 10:28  And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Disputes should be handled privately. If they can't, they should find a witness. If still nothing is settled, it must go to the elders, or those appointed.

James 5:19  Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert (correct) him;

5:20  Let him know, that he which converteth (corrects) the sinner from the error of his way shall save (preserve) a soul from death, and shall hide (cover) a multitude of sins.

Matthew 18:15  Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee (or the Anointed body, group, Israelites, us), go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

Correcting our brethren when they err? But that's judging! Scripture teaches us to judge sinners from the error of their way. It is the “churches” that are teaching the paths of error.

Revelation 3:19  As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Christ is our example. He loves us, and when we sin, He rebukes and chastens us. He expects us to stand for our kinsman in the same way. The purpose is to provoke acknowledgment of error, repentance and a return to The Way.

Revelation 20:11  And I saw a great white throne, and Him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

2Peter 3:7  But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

20:12  And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged (G2919) out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

20:13  And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged (G2919) every man according to their works.

“Just believing” are not works.

The Plan of Yahweh for us, the spirit race of Adam, is for us to follow The Way. This mortal life is our test, which if we endure and pass, we are placed into position of sons and receive our inheritance in the kingdom of Yahshua Christ.

We are shown favor (grace) and become eligible (for the free gift) by obedience (to the law) and allegiance (faith). Our duty is to follow The Way which is the heritage, law and guide of our race. When we follow The Way, we make up the body of Yahshua Christ. When members of the body fall out of The Way they are to be restored by correction. This is called JUDGING.

There is no verse which the “churches” can show that teach us not to judge.

Either the “churches” are right and Yahweh God is a liar, or you have come to the understanding that the “churches” do not teach scripture.

You must realize that just as in the days of Christ when the Jews had control of the Israelite priesthood, these same Jews have control of today's religious world, as well as the financial, educational, and, well, everything else. Hence, our ungodly society, or rather multi-godly society.

The many denominations exploded in the 1800's and the true word of Yahweh had been revised by man, many times. The enemy knows that when they turn us away from Yahweh's true word, and name, and our identity, history and law, then we are scattered like sheep. This life is a test and Yahweh left us with a brain, a heart with His law written upon it because we carry His DNA (Spirit), and He holds us accountable. Even if we are ignorant. That's also why He gave us ears to hear and eyes to see. We must repent of our errors, deliberate and out of ignorance, and ask for Him to give us discernment, encouragement and knowledge and understanding. And He will.

It's time to judge what is right. It's time to judge ourselves, our people, and our nation. It's time to rebuke the unrighteous and call them to return to The Way.
