Blessings of Obedience

Blessings of Obedience

Blessings will rain upon us when we follow Yahweh's Laws.

Yahweh's Laws are still in effect. Only the priesthood and it's rituals and ordinances expired. This happened when Yahshua Christ died and became our High Priest and mediator.

The 10 Commandments

Exodus 20:3  (1) You shalt have no other gods before Me.

20:4  (2) You shalt not make unto you any graven image (idol), or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven (sky) above, or that is in the earth (land) beneath, or that is in the water under the earth (below the land):

20:5  (2)You shalt not bow down yourself to them, nor serve them: for I Yahweh your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate Me;   (Lev 19:4 26:1  Deut 4:15-18 27:15)

20:6  (2) And shewing mercy (loving kindness) unto thousands of them that love Me, and keep My commandments.  (Num 14:18)

Deuteronomy 7:9  Know therefore that Yahweh your Elohiym, He is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations;

John 14:15  If ye love Me, keep My commandments.

20:7  (3) You shalt not take the name of Yahweh your God in vain; for Yahweh will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain.

His name is YAHWEH. Not Lord, not Jehovah, not God. We are to call Him by His name. (See 'The Name' in Word Studies Menu)

Leviticus 19:12  And ye shall not swear by My name falsely, neither shalt you profane the name of your God: I am Yahweh.

20:8  (4) Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy (set apart).

Leviticus 26:2  Ye shall keep My sabbaths, and reverence My sanctuary: I am Yahweh.

20:9  (4) Six days shalt you labour, and do all your work:

20:10  (4) But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yahweh your God: in it you shalt not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle (livestock), nor your stranger (of kin) that is within your gates:   (Lev 23:3)

20:11  (4) For in six days (ages) Yahweh made heaven (sky) and earth (land), the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Yahweh blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it (set it apart).   (Gen 2:1-3)

20:12  (5) Honour your father and your mother: that your days may be long upon the land which Yahweh your God giveth you.

Matthew 15:4  For God commanded, saying, Honour your father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

Ephesians 6:2-3

2  Honour your father and mother; (which is the first commandment with a promise;)

3  That it may be well with you, and you mayest live long on the earth.

20:13  (6) You shalt not kill (murder).

The Hebrew records 'murder'. The word kill means murder. Righteous killing is part of the law. Murder is not.

Leviticus 24:17  And he that killeth (murders) any man shall surely be put to death.

20:14  (7) You shalt not commit adultery.

Adultery also includes race mixing. Destroying the holy seedline and purity of the race of Adam.

20:15  (8) You shalt not steal.

Leviticus 19:11  Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.

20:16  (9) You shalt not bear false witness against your neighbour.

20:17(14)  (10) You shalt not covet (desire) your neighbour's house, you shalt not covet (desire) your neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is your neighbour's.

It also connotates to the action it takes to obtain that which belongs to another person.

Romans 13:9  For this, You shalt not commit adultery, You shalt not kill, You shalt not steal, You shalt not bear false witness, You shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, You shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Luke 12:15  And He said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.

Chapter 28 is about the Blessings of Obedience and the Curses of Disobedience.

This is a study examining the Blessings of Obedience.

Deuteronomy 28:1  And it shall come to pass, if you shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of Yahweh your God, to observe and to do all His commandments which I command you this day, that Yahweh your God will set you on high above all nations of the earth:

28:2  And all these blessings shall come on you, and overtake you, if you shalt hearken unto the voice of Yahweh your God.

Leviticus 18:5  Ye shall therefore keep My statutes, and My judgments: which if a man do, he shall live in them: I am Yahweh.

Ezekiel 33:18  When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby.

33:19  But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.

John 6:51  I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

6:56  He that eateth My flesh, and drinketh My blood, dwelleth in Me, and I in him.

6:57  As the living Father hath sent Me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth Me, even he shall live by Me.

This mortal life is our test. Christ demonstrated the example by living according to His own law. His plan for us is for us to imitate His example, as we are His literal racial kinsmen. His death provided our path to be reunited with Him if we overcome this satanic world. The way we do that is to follow His commands. With true knowledge and understanding of our history, heritage, identity and duty we can better our relationship with not only our God, but with our people (racial family). The more we abide in obedience and allegiance (faith) the more we will be BLESSED.

If we hearken to Him, then...

28:3  Blessed shalt you be in the city, and blessed shalt you be in the field.

28:4  Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your ground, and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your kine, and the flocks of your sheep.

Fruit of your body.

Genesis 22:17  That in blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your (Abraham's) seed as the stars of the sky, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;

Exodus 23:26   None shall miscarry or be barren in your land. I shall fill the number of your days.

Deuteronomy 7:12  Wherefore it shall come to pass, if you hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that Yahweh your God shall keep unto you the covenant and the mercy which He sware unto your (fore) fathers:

7:13  And He will love you, and bless you, and multiply you: He will also bless the fruit of your womb, and the fruit of your land, your grain, and your wine, and your oil, the increase of your kine, and the flocks of your sheep, in the land which He sware unto your (fore) fathers to give you.

7:14  You shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle (livestock).

Deuteronomy 30:9  And Yahweh your God will make you plenteous in every work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, and in the fruit of your cattle, and in the fruit of your land, for good: for Yahweh will again rejoice over you for good, as He rejoiced over your (fore) fathers:

30:10  If you shalt hearken unto the voice of Yahweh your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which are written in this book of the law, and if you turn unto Yahweh your God with all your heart, and with all your soul.

30:11  For this commandment which I command you this day, it is not hidden from you, neither is it far off.

The Hebrew reads: “..., it is not to difficult for you,...”.

30:12  It is not in the sky, that you shouldest say, Who shall go up for us to the sky, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

30:13  Neither is it beyond the sea, that you shouldest say, Who shall go over the sea for us, and bring it unto us, that we may hear it, and do it?

30:14  But the word is very nigh unto you, in your mouth, and in your heart, that you mayest do it.

30:15  See, I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil;

Sirach 15:15  If you wilt, to keep the commandments, and to perform acceptable faithfulness.

16  He hath set fire and water before you: stretch forth your hand unto whether you wilt.

17  Before man is life and death; and whether him liketh shall be given him.

30:16  In that I command you this day to love Yahweh your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments, that you mayest live and multiply: and Yahweh your God shall bless you in the land whither you goest to possess it.

Luke 1:42  And Elisabeth spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art you (Mary) among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.

2Peter 1:8  For if these things (godliness and knowledge) be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Prince Yahshua Christ.

28:5  Blessed shall be your basket and your store (kneading trough).

Nehemiah 9:15  And gavest them bread from heaven for their hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that they should go in to possess the land which You hadst sworn to give them.

Psalm 132:15  I will abundantly bless her (Zion's) provision: I will satisfy her poor with bread.

Isaiah 49:10  They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun smite them: for He that hath mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall He guide them.

Luke 12:42  And Yahshua said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season?

Revelation 7:16  They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.

7:17  For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.

28:6  Blessed shalt you be when you comest in, and blessed shalt you be when you goest out.

Deuteronomy 20:1  When you goest out to battle against your enemies, and seest horses, and chariots, and a people more than you, be not afraid of them: for Yahweh your God is with you, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

Psalm 91  The Soldier's Psalm

Psalm 121:8  Yahweh shall preserve your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Joshua 14:10  And now, behold, Yahweh hath kept me alive, as He said, these forty and five years, even since Yahweh spake this word unto Moses, while the children of Israel wandered in the wilderness: and now, lo, I am this day fourscore and five years old.

14:11  As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me: as my strength was then, even so is my strength now, for war, both to go out, and to come in.

Jeremiah 7:2  Stand in the gate of Yahweh's house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of Yahweh, all you of Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship Yahweh.

Numbers 10:35  And it came to pass, when the ark set forward, that Moses said, Rise up, Yahweh, and let Your enemies be scattered; and let them that hate You flee before You.

Psalm 68:1  To the chief Musician, A Psalm or Song of David. Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered: let them also that hate Him flee before Him.

The scriptures are full of events where our enemies are smitten and scattered before us when we are in allegiance with Yahweh.

28:8  Yahweh shall command the blessing upon you in your storehouses, and in all that you settest your hand unto; and He shall bless you in the land which Yahweh your God giveth you.

Joseph's loyalty to Yahweh preserved many in Egypt during the famine.

Genesis 41:56  And the famine was over all the face of the land: And Joseph opened all the storehouses, and sold unto the Egyptians; and the famine waxed sore in the land of Egypt.

Leviticus 25:21  Then I will command My blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.

Deuteronomy 11:15  And I will send grass in your fields for your livestock, that you mayest eat and be full.

After Hezekiah humbled himself Yahweh blessed him and Jerusalem.

2Chronicles 32:28  Storehouses also for the increase of grain, and wine, and oil; and stalls for all manner of beasts, and cotes for flocks.

Malachi 3:10  Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith, saith Yahweh of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of the sky, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

3:11  And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith Yahweh of hosts.

Luke 12:24  Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

28:9  Yahweh shall establish you an holy (set-apart) people unto Himself, as He hath sworn unto you, if you shalt keep the commandments of Yahweh your God, and walk in His ways.

26:18  And Yahweh hath avouched you this day to be His peculiar people, as He hath promised you, and that you shouldest keep all His commandments;   (Ex 6:7, 19:5)

26:19  And to make you high above all nations which He hath made, in praise, and in name, and in honour (glory); and that you mayest be an holy people unto Yahweh your God, as He hath spoken.

Isaiah 32:17  And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.

28:10  And all people of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of Yahweh; and they shall be afraid of you.

28:13  And Yahweh shall make you the head, and not the tail; and you shalt be above only, and you shalt not be beneath; if that you hearken unto the commandments of Yahweh your God, which I command you this day, to observe and to do them:

Exodus 19:5  Now therefore, if ye will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto Me above all people: for all the earth is Mine:

Isaiah 9:15  The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.

28:14  And you shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command you this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

Exodus 20:3  You shalt have no other gods before Me.   (Deut 5:7)

Deuteronomy 17:11  According to the sentence of the law which they shall teach you, and according to the judgment which they shall tell you, you shalt do: you shalt not decline from the sentence which they shall shew you, to the right hand, nor to the left.

Referring to the Torah.

Deuteronomy 17:19  And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear (revere) Yahweh his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them:

Psalm 119:1  ALEPH. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of Yahweh.

97   O how love I Your law! it is my meditation all the day.

98  You through Your commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me.

17:20  That his heart be not lifted up above his brethren, and that he turn not aside from the commandment, to the right hand, or to the left: to the end that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he, and his children, in the midst of Israel.

Joshua 1:7  Only be you strong and very courageous, that you mayest observe to do according to all the law (torah), which Moses My servant commanded you: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that you mayest prosper whithersoever you goest.

1:8  This book of the law (torah) shall not depart out of your mouth; but you shalt meditate therein day and night, that you mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shalt make your way prosperous, and then you shalt have good success.

Joshua 23:6  Be ye therefore very courageous to keep and to do all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, that ye turn not aside therefrom to the right hand or to the left;

23:7  That ye come not among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them:

Exodus 23:33  They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against Me: for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.

2Kings 22:2  And he (Josiah) did that which was right in the sight of Yahweh, and walked in all the way of David his father, and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left.   (2Chr 34:2)

Proverbs 4:27  Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.

Isaiah 30:20  And though Yahweh give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not your teachers be removed into a corner any more, but your eyes shall see your teachers:

30:21  And your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, This is the way, walk you in it, when you turn to the right hand, and when you turn to the left.

It's pretty clear and easy. Learn, listen, obey. When you understand The Way and walk in it you will be blessed.

The verses below are verses that identify the blessed man/woman/nation and why they are blessed.

Psalm 1:1  Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

Matthew 5:3  Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

The 'poor in spirit', are a reference to dispersed Israel. The lost sheep of Israel.

Since the northern 10 tribes of Israel did not return to Judaea after the Assyrian and Babylonian captivities, they forgot who they were.

Besides a remnant, most of the southern tribes of Judah did not return as well, and they also forgot their identity.

Poor in spirit means weak in knowledge and understanding. Lacking.

5:4  Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

Isaiah 61:2-3

2  To proclaim the acceptable year of Yahweh, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

3  To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty (glory) for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that He might be glorified.

This is defining the family of Yahweh, the race of Adam. The garment is our skin, trees of righteousness are family trees, descendants of the 12 tribes. Yahweh planted our race, through Adam, into this world to practice Christ's example, that He might be honored.

5:5  Blessed are the meek (humble): for they shall inherit the earth.

Enoch 5:7 But for the chosen ones there shall be light and joy and peace,
And they shall inherit the earth.

       (Is 49:10, 55:1, 65:13)

5:7  Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

5:8  Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

5:9  Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

Proverbs 10:10, from the Septuagint: “He that winks with his eyes deceitfully, procures griefs for men; but he that reproves boldly is a peacemaker.” That reproof must be according to the Word of God! Blessed are righteous reprovers.

5:10  Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

2Corinthians 4:17  For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;

5:11  Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake.
